Amazing place!
We loved our stay here. It's an incredible location, only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach, and 50 meters from a small tienda. The apartment was spacious, well set-up, and has an incredible balcony to lounge around on. Our kids loved playing there, and we loved having a safe place for them to play. Rochelle was a great host and was super accommodating when we had to stay a few hours later than check-out because of an evening flight. Would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed the home and location
My sister and I just came back from a great stay at Casa Namaste. The location is great, easy walk to town and the local beach. Large space with great views. The pool is large with a nice seating area. Outdoor covered palapa is a great place to stretch and do yoga. We will be back.

Convenient to beach and town.
Just returned from two weeks at Casa Namaste. We rented both the one bedroom and two bedroom. We had a toddler with us. Joanie provided a pack n play for our use. We also had a teen that needed internet access for her school work. I'm happy to say that the internet was reliable. All the bedrooms were air conditioned which worked well. The pool was a highlight. It is nice sized and had access to both sun and shade. The kitchens were well equipped. Both units are very spacious. The one bedroom had a huge patio. Both units had beach chairs and umbrella which was awesome and very unusual for a rental. The combination of price and location is hard to beat in Sayulita.

Casa Namaste was truly a find and I would definitely return in the future!
Casa Namaste provided exceptional accommodations and exceeded my expectations. The lay out was amazing; we rented the two bedroom which had huge rooms which provided us with lots of light, was very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The eating area and outside terrace were very spacious and wonderful places to dine and "hang out". The pool was a godsend and we all enjoyed swimming and cooling off after long hot days. Sayulitas and Casa Namaste are places not to miss. I look forward to my return in the future.

Home Away From Home
If you love the beach and walking along it day or night...surfing or paddle-boarding - a place to stretch out with yoga exercise. A safe place with no worries - no cares - privacy and a small town feel. Read a book in the center square plaza, or on a private beach. Renting a board of any size is inexpensive. Just bring a couple pair of surf shorts, a hat, and flip flops and you'll fit right in this dusty little surfing town. If you forget anything or need anything - everything is available just a block or two away. I hope to return and enjoy all of the above mentioned.

Perfect Location with a Perfect Pool!
Our family of four just spent three days in the upper unit of Casa Namaste and enjoyed the spacious, open concept of the house and deck as well as the refreshing pool. We also loved how close it was to the beach (a couple of blocks) and all the restaurants and shopping in Sayulita. In addition to all these factors it was clean and Joan was very easy to work with- absoutely no surprises, just what we all want when booking our vacations! Thanks Casa Namaste!

Perfection!!!
Just spent 2 glorious weeks in Casa Namaste, and looking to rent it the very next time we are blessed to be in Sayulita!
Perfect for a family. We stayed on the 2nd floor, such a sweet layout, and truly feels like "home". The location is so perfect too. Cheers to the memories and the excitement for our next stay at Casa Namaste!

Comfortable and convenient
The huge, beautifully decorated two bedroom suite on the second floor had everything we needed, and was in a very convenient location to access the town or the beach. It was surprizingly quiet for being so close to town--an occassional rooster crowing or car going by did not disturb in the least. We were pleasantly surprized by being able to see 4 iguanas relaxing in the trees from our private terrace. We had a minor trouble opening the keypad to the suite on first arriving, but a call to the house manager, who was very helpful, immediately sorted that out (we'd been given the wrong code), and we had no trouble from then on. All the people we met were very friendly and helpful, and while Spanish is useful, we found that not speaking it well was no hindrance at all to anything we wanted to do--someone nearby almost always spoke English.

Mexico at its best!
Just completed a 2-1/2 week trip to Sayulita – our 4th trip to Sayulita and 2nd stay at Casa Namaste. Casa Namaste is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located a very short walk to the main beach in Sayulita (3 blocks) in one direction, or turn left and a 10 minute walk down a quiet canopied dirt road takes you to the more secluded beach at Bahia de los Muertos, or turn right and 3 blocks later you will be at the bustling town plazuela for your selection of places to eat or shop – tacos adobade or a quesadilla asada from Rico’s Tacos with a horchata grande from the Wakika Heladario and then top it all off with a slice of tres leches chocolate cake or fresh flan from the “Cake Lady” who sets up every night on the corner of the plazuela. It doesn’t get much better. There is also a small grocery store just down the street for a cold bottle of soda, bag of chips or fresh fruit. We have stayed in the 2nd floor 2 Br unit (our favorite) as well as in both the downstairs 1 Br and Studio units. All are great. The units are spacious and well appointed with well stocked kitchens. Beds are firm but comfortable. Both the upstairs 2 Br and the downstairs 1 Br have large private verandas to relax, soak up some more Mexican sun, watch the iguanas in the trees or stretch out under a star filled night sky. This latest trip we were surprised by the recent addition of a swimming pool which makes this place a very nice private oasis. We will definitely be back and in fact are already planning next winters trip – this time for a month!

A Hidden Treasure - CASA NAMASTE!
Casa Namaste! Indeed! I am a very busy, sometimes stressed out, legal professional in the San Francisco Bay Area, and when I was asked to join a close friend to celebrate her birthday in the little peaceful surfing village of Sayulita, Mexico, I readily accepted! We stayed in this hidden jewel of sorts, Casa Namaste, in September of 2013, and I now have the distinct privilege of being able to recommend this wonderful property to those travelers who would actually prefer to be engaged with the local culture as opposed to, say, the insulation one finds in large hotels or resort-style environments. So I have four very good reasons for recommending Casa Namaste:

1. It's a very beautiful property (i.e. simply view the photos for verification). It's very clean, air-conditioned and well-appointed (complete kitchen with whatever you may need for your culinary appetites); flat screen television with DVDs (for those who are so inclined); stereo system with CDs; wifi; and a water filtration system throughout. The property also has a very inviting balcony for total relaxation, with the added bonus of watching iguanas in the nearby trees(!). I understand there's now a swimming pool on the property which was put in right after we had departed, unfortunately for us.

2. The property is in a quiet, safe Mexican neighborhood lending itself to the opportunity for an engaged experience with another lifestyle (if one chooses, of course). Think authenticity. Plus, I found the local people to be very friendly and welcoming. I never once had a concern for public safety, even at night.

3. Casa Namaste is a mere handful of blocks to the beach. Oh, and what a beach! The water was unbelievably warm (imagine bath water). You can also affordably rent wonderful lounge chairs and umbrellas for those long overdue, almost sinfully recumbent moments you will no doubt enjoy as we did. There's a massage tent right on the beach, too, and at $25 per massage session, we tried it and were hooked -- three massages apiece during our week's stay -- heavenly!)

4. Casa Namaste's proximity to the very heart of Sayulita is a matter of walking distance, and I would be remiss if I didn't include 3 restaurant recommendations. First, breakfast: Chocobanana - in the town's center (outstanding coffee, wholesomely delicious breakfast fare, and surprisingly refreshing and healthy green smoothies). Second, lunch: The Real Fish Tacos on Delfines Street, run by a wonderful woman named Laura. You could order anything from pure carnivore to unadulterated vegan and anywhere in between! Dinner: Hotel Amor, right next to the water (think Romance - yes, with a capital R! not to mention some of the best seafood we've ever had!).

And now I'm back in the San Francisco Bay Area once again involved as ever (or more), and looking back to an experience I would repeat at a moment's notice, to journey once again to Casa Namaste.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
