Disney to film movie in Sayulita.

Disney is coming to Sayulita

Disney is filming a movie in the Puerto Vallarta area and will be filming in Sayulita from July 16-20, 2007

The movie is titled “South of the Border” and is about a woman and her Chihuahua in Puerto Vallarta. A cast of up to 30 Chihuahuas can be expected.

Casting for extras (people) will be this Saturday, June 16, at noon in the Sayulita Plaza.

The majority of the filming will take plaza along Calle Revolucion near the plaza and also on the beach in front of El Costeno restaurant.

Both pedestrian and traffic control will be in effect during the filming dates.
