Awesome place!
I stayed 6 weeks (Nov-Dec) and loved being in this place. The apartment is beautiful, high ceilings and spacious. Elegant decors. Gorgeous large dining table. All seating is very comfortable.
Views in all directions of palm trees and large flowering trees with exotic birds, once a pair of small green parrots!
The large patio is fabulous, I enjoyed the outdoors, at night watching the stars.
The kitchen is on the patio, I loved making coffee there in the morning while the birds were waking up. The kitchen facilities are humbling and had all that I needed.
The location is perfect. Walk down the fun street and you are at the center of Sayulita already.
Because of a small hill, the downtown noise does not reach this building, at night I could hear crickets! I slept very well here. The place was naturally cool and I never once used the AC, just the ceiling fans.
Can walk to Carricitos Beach.

Very pleasant stay!
Place is very clean with every thing you need. was great to use the light weight beach chairs and umbrella. There was beach towels and ice chest available to use as well. Nice breakfast/lunch restaurant right next door. There are also a couple of mini markets a few doors down.
Very nice neighbors that reside there, great parking but may not be good for anyone that has issues with stairs since this is located on the 3rd floor. We had a minor issue which Eric responding and resolve immediately. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in Sayulita!
Check in was easy, and Isis (Eric’s assistant) was very responsive and made sure our week was seamless.
The apartment is in the perfect location. Close to all the action in the town centre, with a few amazing restaurants only a short walk away.
The outdoor space was great for tanning during the day and evening drinks. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back next time we’re in Sayulita.
