Casa de las Orquideas is a newly constructed home near the ocean, with 2 rental options for a larger party. This oasis of Mexican and Thai design offers guests an opportunity to nurture the mind, body and spirit. It is perfect as a surfers’ retreat or for those who just want to relax near the beach, enjoy sunsets and serenity of Sayulita’s north side. Nestled in coconut palms just a ten minute walk to the town plaza, yet far enough from the plaza not to be disturbed by nightlife noise. Casa de las Orquideas is an intimate retreat with a distinctly modern, indoor-outdoor living style.
The peaceful Garden View is a 2-bedroom (ALL QUEEN SIZE BEDS), 2-bath suite. This casa comes with equiped kitchen, washer/dryer, iron/board, etc. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, blackout curtains and noise canceling windows so you can sleep in undisturbed. The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. All rooms has A/C and ceiling fans so you'll stay nice and cool on those hotter tropical days. If you are coming with a larger party, the third floor Ocean View Suite is an option for a total of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests.
Step outside where you'll find your own private, heated infinity dipping pool. Each bedroom has its own palapa covered balcony and a large shaded terrace is just outside the kitchen so you can truly enjoy tropical living at its finest.

Reservation Terms: 50% deposit at the time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel a reservation and we can re-book the house, we are happy to refund your deposit.
It is located close to town and very close to the beach, making it very easy to go for our daily walk on the beach (no excuses...). A plus: It is also very close to two wonderful yoga studios, where I could attend classes everyday.
We cooked our meals most of the time and enjoyed using the fully stacked kitchen. We enjoyed also the quiet location, which was important for us.
Ann and Levi are very responsive and always made sure that everything was OK. We learned that it is common to lose power in Sayulita. Every time they were very proactive in communicating with us. Also, we had rented a golf cart and they provided us with the charging and even a cart parking !
I would gladly recommend for those who are looking for a beautiful quiet place

A very short walk to the beach we could hear the ocean every night! We particularly enjoyed the proximity to jungle trails and secret beaches for walking. Being close to downtown nightlife and markets made the location perfect for us.
The open concept and size of the unit with the veranda and dipping pool made for an easy relaxed outdoor feeling and was great for entertaining.
Ann is a pleasant hostess and was quick to answer all of our questions.

down a sandy street in a quiet part of town, the casa is so close to the beach that you can hear the waves. step out the door and you're on the beach in a moment, watching the waves roll in. or take a short stroll into town for fresh croissants, fresh vegetables and fruits, or cool shops and places to eat & drink.
inside, the house is serene and luxurious, and tropical plants of all kinds are everywhere. balconies off the living room and bedrooms open up the living spaces to spectacular ocean views through the trees, plants, flowers, and birds.
mindful design choices in this new construction are everywhere. the space is open, fresh and tranquil. the heated outdoor shower for rinsing sandy feet is great. the showers and towels are beautiful. there is purified drinking water, personal laundry, a thoroughly stocked kitchen, and the heated dipping pool is a lovely place to relax.
our trip went very smoothly, thanks to the competent and very capable owners (and their dog!). we felt safe and secure, and we wouldn't change a thing about our stay at the casa. i can't wait to go back!
