Cancellation Policy

1. Short-Stay Reservations (Up to 10 Nights)

Cancellation Without Penalty: Full cancellation of the stay will be accepted at no charge, provided that the cancellation request is submitted at least 72 business hours before the scheduled check-in date and time.

Late Cancellation: Requests submitted outside the 72-business-hour period mentioned above will be subject to the late cancellation penalty described in Section 3.

2. Long-Stay Reservations (More Than 10 Nights)

Cancellation Without Penalty: For reservations exceeding 10 nights, cancellations will only be accepted at no charge if notice is provided at least one full week (7 calendar days) before the scheduled arrival date.

Late Cancellation: Any cancellation notice submitted less than one week before the start of the stay will be subject to the applicable cancellation penalty.

3. Late Cancellation or No-Show Penalty

If the required cancellation notice period is not met according to the type of stay, or in the event that the guest fails to arrive at the property on the scheduled check-in date (No-Show), a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night of the reservation will automatically apply.

The remaining balance of the reservation (if applicable) will be released or refunded in accordance with the policies of the payment platform through which the payment was processed.
