Slide open the living room's floor-to-ceiling doors and the boundary between house and jungle disappears: a sun-drenched pool terrace, a shaded hammock lounge, and sweeping hillside views become part of everyday life. Where to start.

Where to start. Beautiful place in a truly beautiful setting. We were fortunate enough to rent both the downstairs (one bedroom unit with the pool) as well as the upstairs (studio that I believe can be rented separately). Our teenagers loved the freedom of having their own space upstairs with huge a balcony and hammocks. The pool with its stunning view was the highlight. It's not huge but is the perfect way to stay cool. We usually kept the sliding doors open so a gentle breeze kept the inside cool. Beds are super comfy, bathrooms are unique and very spacious. The kitchen is great and there is a large jug of water (with back ups) that makes hydration super easy. The location is perfect if you want to be walking distance (an easy 10-15 walk) to town but enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature. We did hire a golf cart for a few days and that definitely made getting around easier (and super fun!) but isn't essential if you don't want that expense. Hosts were super helpful + responsive.

This place was wonderful, clean, and the views were gorgeous. It is a great spot for a family with older kids or two families as there are two separate quarters. The pool is amazing - we spent time in it pretty much every day.
We had a golf cart for four but had six people with us, so we had to have two people walk everywhere. It was a decent walk but we took turns and no one minded. Definitely consider solid shoes or sandals as there are hills and cobblestone / uneven surfaces all over town.
Someone came and cleaned about half way through our stay and we were given plenty of towels for the beach, pool, and for showering.
I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants a relaxing break! While you will hear the chickens and dogs, you are far enough away that you won’t hear the partying / loud music of the city center.

Would recommend staying here

The apartment was spacious, with an outdoor area just as large as the indoor space. I loved the big walk-in closet and the outdoor shower. Nights were mostly peaceful, aside from chickens being chicken and dogs being dogs. There was one family party with music but I expected these and didn’t mind.
If you’re sensitive to light, bring an eye mask since there are no blackout curtains, though I enjoyed the morning sunlight. It’s about a 15-minute walk into town, and I felt comfortable walking back alone after dark. Would recommend staying here.

This is an absolute GEM of a place!!

This is an absolute GEM of a place!! I brought my 75 year old dad that doesn’t speak Spanish nor travels that much and he said it was HEAVEN!!!! The owners are so nice and always there if you have any questions. Also Jorge is amazing and such a great asset. He was so patient and kind to my dad. He even helped get a golf cart delivered to my dad on Xmas Eve!!! Our fav restaurant was recommend by Jorge Estrella del mar unbelievable. The walk into town is so easy! About 5-10 mins into the center. We also had Spa Nirvana come to the Casa and gave us massages right there over looking a breathtaking view. The neighborhood is super safe and everyone living there is very friendly. We will be back. Gracias para todo!

It was a very pleasant stay at Casa Costa.

It was a very pleasant stay at Casa Costa. The pool was a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures, but perfectly adequate. You can of course hear roosters and dogs, but the well insulated windows meant they did not bother us. You can walk to Sayulita city in 10 minutes. There is a small uphill walk on the way back, but then you can jump in the pool again. Overall, it was a great vacation for us.

Everything was as advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day stay at Casa Costa! Everything was as advertised, Kasia and her team were helpful and attentive. We especially loved sipping our coffee by the pool and enjoying the jungle views. My wife and I ran every morning and there were multiple different routes through the jungle to various beaches nearby.
The walk to town is very manageable, we walked back and forth once or twice a day with the kids and grandparents with no complaints. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

Kasia was a very attentive host. We arrived before check in and were able to drop our bags off early. The pool was clean and a great temperature, the beds were comfortable, and the house looked just like the photos. It was easily accessible to get to the house by golf cart. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

Beautiful home with amazing views

This home was beautiful and the views from the upper and lower decks were amazing. The unfinished road leading to the home can be tricky but it’s manageable with a Cart. Everything about the home was exactly what we expected and more. The pool was relaxing, the views were great, the beds were comfortable. If I had to be picky, the stone shower floors were hard on our feet but we just put a towel down as a mat to help soften it and it worked fine. I would definitely stay here again. Yah Yahs down the street for breakfast and coffee, our new friend has an Argentinian Empanada shop on the street as well. An amazing experience I. Sayulita made even better with this home to begin and end the days in.

This place was wonderful!

This place was wonderful! Beautiful place off the beaten path! Golf Cart is necessary! The only struggle I had was the golf cart company which had nothing to do with Kasias place. Just her recommendation. So I would look around but still not a bad company to use.
We also ran out of running water at one point but Kasia talked to her crew to help it get sorted out! She was on top of it. Had water by the end of the day!
