Casa Del Sol in Sayulita is a spacious, sun-filled retreat perched atop the hill known as Nanzal, where ocean views, lush green hills, and warm light come together to create a truly magical escape. From sunrise to sunset, every corner of the home is bathed in natural light, offering a sense of openness, tranquility, and connection to Sayulita’s natural beauty.

The Space

Designed for comfort and gathering, Casa Del Sol features four bedrooms, two living rooms, and a climate-controlled infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Multiple outdoor areas invite you to fully embrace the Sayulita lifestyle—whether you’re sunbathing by the pool, enjoying morning coffee on the terrace, or watching the sunrise over the Pacific.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a full private bathroom, a lounge area, and a balcony where you can relax and soak in the sun.
Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and a balcony with views of the garden.
Bedroom 3 features a queen bed.
Bedroom 4 is equipped with two twin beds, ideal for children or friends.

The home includes two full shared bathrooms and an additional half bath downstairs. Both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms are furnished with sofa beds, providing extra sleeping flexibility for larger groups. The climatized infinity pool can be enjoyed year-round, and with several lounging areas—balconies, terraces, poolside seating, and a welcoming lounge near the entrance—you’ll always find the perfect spot to relax while taking in the views.

Location

This place was exactly as advertised.

This place was exactly as advertised. The view from the pool and balcony was gorgeous to watch the sunsets. Each room was spacious and had its on A.C. Unit. The pillows and beds were big and comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. There is a housekeeper that comes every few days and she was great.
I want to give a special shout out to Jonny, the property manager. We got in contact with him before we arrived, and he helped us reserve some golf carts for our stay. He led our taxi up to the place because it is easy to get lost your first time. And he was overall a great concierge for stuff to do around town and for any questions we had about the house. He was very responsive and a super nice guy.!
The only con about this house is the location is kind of hard to get to, but in Sayulita, that’s how all of the really nice houses are located. But we had no problems getting up and down the hill with the razor and the golf cart.

Astounding, awesome, epic, breath-taking, vast, and gorgeous

What words can possibly describe the vibe, and view, of Casa Del Sol? Astounding, awesome, epic, breath-taking, vast, and gorgeous barely touch the resonance this land provided. The pool and patio literally survey the entire scope of Sayulita, the beach, and beyond. We could see for miles in 270 degrees and were enamored each afternoon and sunset. This home is literally the only place to view a sunset in Sayulita, as it looks past the peninsula.
Juan, the host, was amazing and beyond friendly. He took care of everything we asked and was always available and on point, solving any issues and answering any questions with wisdom, clarity, and humor. He is such a wonderful man that we all consider him a friend, after only one week of time together.
Our time at Casa del Sol was the sweetest, most memorable time we've ever spent in Sayulita and we look forward to returning.

The house is beyond beautiful and the view never got old!

Juan was the best host ever!! I’ve never had a host be so responsive. He recommended the best in home chef named Richardo. He ordered us cars when needed multiple times a day, he answered all questions immediately, and would drop anything to help us. The house is beyond beautiful and the view never got old!

Appreciated fast responses to all questions prior to the trip. Juan, the property manager, was over-the-top/beyond anything anticipated responsive helping with transportation, in home chef, whale watching and ensuring any and every need we had was addressed. Will come back again!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Plenty of space for a big group and easy to get to the town with golf carts. Juan is super helpful at arranging the carts and taxis for the airport. Allowed for us to relax and enjoy the town with ease!

I would absolutely stay there again.

Casa del Sol was an amazing house for 10 girlfriends! It was more beautiful than the photos - the pool and entire outdoor space was incredible, and the house had all of the amenities that we needed.
Our group walking back and forth from town, which was doable for us. The property manager, Juan, was amazing and extremely helpful with setting up taxis, providing recommendations for our group, etc! I would absolutely stay there again.

Magnificent views from the top of Sayulita!

We had a lovely stay. We felt welcome and at home from the moment we arrived to town thanks to the wonderful and communicative local support staff (thank you, Juan!). Everardo was consistently responsive and helpful. We were grateful for their excellent in-house chef recommendation. We had a good experience with one of the more rugged, gas-powered golf carts to navigate the steep hills up to the villa, though the guests at the villa next door seemed successful with the standard electric golf carts as well.

Great house, loved the views.

Great house, loved the views. Host was wonderful, any issues or questions were addressed immediately. We rented gas golf carts which were a must, electric carts should not go up the hill to the house, pretty rough and steep.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Sayulita! The views were incredible and the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing. Juan was extremely helpful when checking into the property, provided us with all the info we needed and great recommendations for local dining and activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property!
