Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of one night will apply upon signing the rental agreement. If the reservation is cancelled between 90 to 60 days of the planned arrival date, a cancellation fee of 2 nights will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled between 60 to 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, the 50% deposit will be returned excluding a 3-night cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the planned arrival date will result in no refund of the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 3 days of the planned arrival date receive no refund.

Enjoy the charm of our completely updated and renovated contemporary Mexican-style home, featuring three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful retreat just a quick walk or golf cart ride (4-5 blocks) from the center of Sayulita. Experience the best of both worlds - the tranquility of a secluded location with easy access to the vibrant energy of Sayulita's bustling town center. It is completely private, as it is elevated off street level by 2 levels, and is fully gated around the home perimeter.

The lower level of the home offers a spacious open living and dining area, perfect for entertaining groups with family and friends. The living area leads out to a private yard that features a 25-meter lap pool with a brand new pool deck and lush tropical gardens, making it the perfect space for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather.

The first floor bedroom provides convenient and easy access for guests or family members, while the two additional bedrooms on the second level each have their own private terrazzo overlooking the ocean and the yard below.

We're committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our home is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, including a 2 ton air conditioning unit in every room AND the home's common areas, high-speed internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. The home also features a reverse osmosis water system, providing clean and safe drinking water right in from your kitchen. Fluent in Spanish and English!

The property has a charming and cozy feel, with updated modern chic Mexican-style decor and furnishings throughout the home. You'll find the bedrooms to be comfortable and well-appointed, with plenty of natural light and storage space.

Overall, this home offers a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and privacy & security, making it the perfect choice for your next beach vacation in Sayulita!

Other things to note

There are 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. The built-in couch on the first floor is the size of 2 twin single beds, and the built-in couch on the second floor also sleeps 2 singles, so please book for the correct number of people so that we can prepare the single beds. We also have 2 pack & plays for your little ones at the property.

The third bathroom is an outdoor bathroom, with a half bath by the laundry room, and a shower right by the pool.

Right in the heart of Sayulita!

Casa Piña is beautiful with traditional Mexican design. It’s right in the heart of Sayulita. It has wonderful amenities and the hosts were amazing. I would definitely rent again.

What a heavenly place!

What a heavenly place! I stayed at Casa Pina with two teen children for Spring Break. It's a chic spot -- tastefully decorated, spacious, and very zen. LOTS of places to sit/lounge, and my teens said it's extremely "insta-friendly"! The bedrooms were all great -- comfy beds! The AC worked extremely well, so it was a nice reprieve from the heat. Kitchen was nice and open, with enough cookwear / dishes to cook for ourselves (dishwasher worked great!). I never heard from Kimberly but her guy on the ground, Juan, was a total gem. He met us at check in and check out and provided helpful guidance/connections throughout the entire trip. I really enjoyed working with him. To relieve non Spanish speakers, he's completely fluent in English. A wonderful time all around. Hope to be back!

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Piña!

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Piña! The house felt so private and safe and was well equipped for a family trip. The only slight hitch was one bedrooms upstairs is not fully private and open to the rest of the house but the balcony views made up for it! Totally loved our time and would come back.
