The Property

Eight individually designed suites blend Mexican artistry, thoughtful architecture, and carefully curated designer furnishings — no two alike. Six suites face the ocean; two overlook the tropical gardens and pool. Three feature private terraces or secluded sun decks. Every suite includes air conditioning, a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, and its own outdoor space. Original works by Mexican artists are woven throughout the property, alongside natural materials and spaces designed to feel both sophisticated and genuinely comfortable.

Two heated pools anchor the outdoor areas, along with multiple ocean-view terraces that look out over the jungle, the Bay of Banderas, and Distrito 88's expansive private gardens. The elevated pool and panoramic terraces create a setting that's intimate, peaceful, and distinctly Sayulita.

Concierge service is included daily until 8 PM; on-site staff is available until 5 PM. Daily suite housekeeping runs until 2 PM, with common areas and the kitchen cleaned daily until 5 PM.

The concierge team can arrange in-suite massages, private yoga sessions, surf lessons, horseback riding, fishing excursions, and seasonal whale-watching tours — all available at an additional cost.

An amazing experience!

I loved staying at this hotel. It was my first time visiting Sayulita and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. In addition to being located in a super central area of Sayulita, the hotel is very comfortable and beautiful. The facilities are beautiful and relaxing, and of course I can’t forget the staff who were always super attentive to us.

I highly recommend the restaurant inside the hotel. We had breakfast there every day and it was delicious. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for making me have an extraordinary weekend with my partner!

Will absolutely be staying here again next time!

We had an amazing stay at Distrito 88! The hotel and staff made my first time in Sayulita a memorable one. We stayed in 2 different rooms, both fantastic, the 2nd night was in their top level suite #3 which has breathtaking views of the bay from the private balcony! Both pools were great and overall quiet, breakfast in their quaint poolside restaurant was how we loved starting our day before taking a short 5 min walk into the shopping area and the beach. Lalo the concierge on site was phenomenal and so helpful and all the staff were lovely. Will absolutely be staying here again next time!

Great experience!

Great place to stay, close to town but quiet and relaxing. Incredible views and great staff who were always available for anything we needed. Shoutout to Lalo and all the great service he provided. They helped arrange transport to and from the airport as well. Great experience!

If you get the chance, visit this property!

Beautifully maintained, amazing location and 11/10 view, staff is SO attentive, pools are all warm and clean with speakers available for music, food/coffee/cocktails were great and on site, room itself was beautiful! Modern and updated with the traditional Mexico culture still visible. The best welcome beers I’ve ever had and a beautiful espresso machine for the morning. Highly recommend.

A quiet stay with beautiful views and wonderful staff! Everyone treated us wonderful and were so kind.

We loved this property! It was a little bit away from town but still super close (like 8 min walk) and because of that it was still very quiet and private. It was a little oasis in the hillside :)

Highly recommend!

Thank you Distrito88! We really enjoyed our stay here in Sayulita. Our host, Lalo, greeted us upon arrival and we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. He also arranged a side by side rental and went above and beyond to meet all of our requests. The entire team here is friendly as ever.

The property is stunning and meticulously well kept. The location can’t be beat. We wanted to be a close walk to everything while maintaining peace and quiet for sleep. The beach and the center are within a 5 minute walk, yet peaceful to the point it feels like you’re much further out of town.

Very safe for a solo traveler

Amazing hotel and staff! Nice pools overlooking the ocean. Beautiful view, safe, private and pristine rooms. The maids are next level and the service and kindness is unmatched. Felt very safe for a solo traveler.
