Description

Villa Cassandra Consuelo in Sayulita is a brand new, exquisite estate on Cocos Norte, the quaint and peaceful south side of town. This private, gated estate consists of 2 homes. Casa Cassandra, 3 bedroom and Casa Consuelo, 2 bedroom.

Casa Cassandra is multilevel with an elevator to accommodate all three floors. Casa Cassandra has high ceilings and marble floors, and the three spacious ensuite bedrooms have king-size beds and screened windows and doors leading to terraces. All bedrooms have magnificent ocean views. The main entrance to Casa Cassandra has a wheelchair ramp and there is a handicap-equipped bathroom.

The first floor with an expansive living area and three-story tower leads to 2 bedrooms and a massive covered terrace. Upon exiting the elevator on the second floor, you will find a breathtaking view of the pacific ocean. This is seen through floor-to-ceiling glass doors over the shimmering infinity pool. The window in the modern kitchen frames Monkey Mountain to the south. This floor also has a guest bath/shower and a bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a high ceiling. The last stop on the elevator is the roof deck with another half bath. From here, the views just get better! You can see everything from the surf break on the north beach, the horizon that stretches forever, Gringo Hill, or the jungle to the south.

Casita Consuelo is a sunny two-bedroom casita with ensuite bathrooms. This brand-new spacious home is perfect for 2 couples or families. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals at home. On one side of the casita is a gated driveway with enough space for 2 golf carts. On the other side of the casa, you'll find a dipping pool and in between, you have peekaboo views of the ocean and north beach

Villa Cassandra Consuelo is close enough to walk to central Sayulita and the beach but far enough to avoid the noise from downtown parties. Sitting on a hilltop at the end of a dead-end street, Cassandra has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Sayulita.

Everything was great overall, highly recommend!

Chris and the rest of the crew were great hosts. They were extremely accommodating, even helping us replenish the water once we had ran out! The place as well was incredible, great view, had everything we needed for our stay that lasted 5 nights. Everything was great overall, highly recommend!

Excellent stay!

Excellent stay! The host was incredibly responsive, the views were amazing, and the place had so much space with everything you could possibly need. It’s walkable and close to town, but the hill is no joke, so I’d definitely recommend renting an ATV to make getting around easier!

The team was very responsive, helpful and genuinely cared about our experience. They made sure our group was well taken care of and hospitality was tops. In addition to all that, the home was remarkable and fully accommodated our group of nine comfortably. The view from the pool DEFINITELY doesn’t hurt either ;)

Do yourself a favor and rent this place, you will not regret it.

Have been coming to Sayulita since 2012 and this is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Amazing location, place is truly a villa, we only had 4 people and did not use the place to its full potential but it was still worth it. If you have a large group this house will give you plenty of room and you will feel like it’s three separate houses. Chris/Ben were great. I’ve rented from Ben before and he’s always on top of everything. Do yourself a favor and rent this place, you will not regret it.

Recommended for big groups

This place was perfect for our large group. It was nice that they had plenty of bathrooms and two kitchens. The views were gorgeous and my group had so much fun playing in the infinity pool. The locks were a little confusing as there was many different codes, but once we figure it out it wasn’t too bad. I’d recommend this place for people who are traveling with a big group!

Very safe and perfect location!

My friends stayed at this place while my family rented another rental as we were a large group. When we visited here however it was unreal! Majestic view of the ocean, great swim pool for the kids and large open kitchen where we had two private catered dinners. Large rooms, lots of bathrooms and the place was super clean. Mid week cleaners were a nice touch. We needed a plunger and someone showed up within 30 minutes.
The only thing I would suggest is a TV on the top floor and to lower the height of the large TV on the second floor. Otherwise you can’t complain about a thing. Very safe and perfect location. Not in the busy part of town but only 5 mins walking away

The pool + view are something else!

The house is amazing. Pictures don’t do it the justice it deserves. The main floor with pool+view is something else! We’ll be back!
