Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund, less any applicable administration or transfer fees.

For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, payments are generally non-refundable. However, if we are able to re-rent some or all of the canceled dates, we will refund the corresponding amount for those nights, less any applicable administration or transfer fees.

As an alternative to a refund, we are happy to offer you a voucher for the full value of the reservation, valid for one year from the original arrival date.

The Space

Cielo at Amare Las Villas occupies the second floor of the property, crowned by a breathtaking rooftop palapa perfect for dining, relaxing, and soaking in the tropical surroundings. The front bedroom features a queen-size bed and a large window with garden and pool views, along with a charming private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a built-in workspace, and a spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The place is just like the photos, very beautiful, it has everything you need and you feel right at home. Ixchel is very cool and gives recommendations for everything, she was always attentive. I will definitely come back here.

Feels like a secret garden!

Such a great stay! Very convenient location. After walking through the front door, you’ll feel like you’re in a secret garden with tropical plants surrounding the warm salt water pool. Host was very friendly and considerate!

Great stay!

Casa Duende is perfect for families with slightly older kiddos- one bedroom is downstairs, while the other two are up. We ended up not using the upstairs rooms for sleeping because my six year old would have been alone at night. But if you have a larger group/multiple couples, I know it would be perfect! It sits within 10 minutes walking to the beach, and there's a coffee shop just up the street that opens at 7 and has great, healthy breakfast and lunch options and a little co-working space. Overall it is pretty quiet and peaceful.
