Casa Hermosa Mariposa in Sayulita offers views forever! This newly constructed home is designed to bring you the views, sunsets and the most elegant surroundings possible in Sayulita! Picture this - start your day by drinking coffee or doing yoga on the Palapa roof, soak yourself in the large saltwater pool, try to read a book while all you really want to do is watch the ocean, eat in the gourmet kitchen or outdoor dining areas, have drinks by the outdoor fire pit. Watch sunset. Think you are done? Just wait, a special light show in the pool will surprise you. Finally, be lulled asleep in luxury bedding, listening to the sounds of the waves. Repeat.

This house has it all. Just bring flip flops.

Casa Hermosa Mariposa, provides guests with a luxury 4-bedroom home tucked away in the quiet northside neighborhood. While you may never want to leave the house, the beach is only a few blocks away. This is a luxurious modern home featuring high-speed wifi, a Sonos wireless stereo system, secure entrance and exit, 75” smart TV, wine refrigerator, espresso machine, and heated pool. A nanny room, with a separate entrance, is also available so just ask us. Daily housekeeping is provided.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is on the main living floor and boasts a private bathroom with a shower and tub with a private view. The room also has a private patio. King size bed.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is on the lower level of the home. It has a full view from both the bedroom and the private bathroom. This bedroom also has a private patio. King size bed.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is on the lower level of the home. It has a full view from both the bedroom and the private bathroom. This bedroom also has a private patio. King size bed.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom is on the lower level of the home. It has 2 matrimonial beds and can sleep up to 4 people. It has a private bathroom and a full view. It opens up to the pool area.

Nanny Room: This unit has a separate entrance. The room has a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and kitchenette. Access/use of this room is at a small additional cost.

Casa Hermosa Mariposa has a maximum capacity of 10. We can adjust this for you if you rent the Nanny room.

The pictures don’t do this home justice, it’s beautiful and comfortable at the same time. Super close to town, everything you need. The hosts really set it apart- from coordinating activities, golf cart and greeting us when we arrived to familiarize us with the house. The most incredible stay, we hope to be back!! Thank you!!

Highly recommend this home.

We had a great time staying at this home. Everything was exactly as described on the website. Property manager was easy to work with. One of the ac breaker flipped and he was there within an hour to fix. Plenty of room and all the kitchen accessories you could ever need! Pool was amazing and the entire property was well kept up. Highly recommend this home.

Repeat visit did not dissapoint!

We decided to come back to this house for a second time because it's just that great. The pool is a highlight as are the beautiful views of the ocean and sunset from the house. The house has everything you need and then some, and the staff is fantastic. A five minute golf cart ride to town/beach. Make sure to get the golf carts that go up steep hills as you'll need it! We might have to go for a third time...

Beautiful Stay

We (9 gals) had an amazing bachelorette experience at this stunning villa. Lina is beyond helpful in coordinating transport, golf carts, and anything else you may need. The staff was kind and the property was clean and welcoming. The pool is SO warm we stayed in it %80 of the trip and basked. Quick 5 minute golf cart into center of town - highly recommend booking.

The house is amazing, and the views are even better! The location is close to town, and easy to get wherever you want to be. Coming back to the house is a delight because of the pool, the views, and the awesome space. Contacting hosts about anything was super easy and it’s just a great place.

Exceptional location!

We booked Casa Hermosa Mariposa for my 33rd birthday. From the beginning I was in contact with Lina who is amazing! She was able to help me schedule golf carts, pick up, chefs and activities. I don’t think I could have done any of that without her. The house itself was excellent. So much room for all 8 of us. There’s an amazing roof top, a movie room and the views from the pool are to die for. What we really loved is that every room has its own bathroom and AC. We went in early December and it was hot during the day but very cool at night. The town isn’t far it’s about a 6min golf cart ride. I would highly recommend booking some because the house is on a hill that would be a little hard to walk up. We will be back!
