Description

Casa Manantial in Sayulita is a recently updated, top-floor two-bedroom condo inside the secure, lush Maraica complex — a beautifully landscaped community of just ten units, positioned directly across the street from the beach on Sayulita's coveted north end. The sound of ocean waves carries through every room, and town is a flat, easy ten-minute walk away.

The living area opens through sliding doors onto a shaded patio framed by palm trees and ocean views. An outdoor staircase leads to a fully private rooftop deck made for memorable evenings: a dining table for six, a Weber grill, a shaded lounge area, a bar with a mini fridge, and a half bath — all with wide, expansive views of the beach and treetops. When you're not on the roof, the Maraica pool is right outside your door.

Both bedrooms are large and well-appointed with en-suite bathrooms, individual AC units, and hair dryers. The living area has its own AC unit as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, countertop convection oven, coffee maker with filters, and a purified 20-liter water cooler — plus basic staples like oil, salt, and pepper to get you started. Everything you need to feel at home is already here: beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, bath and bed linens, and more. Smart TVs with Amazon Firestick (Netflix, Amazon Prime), a Sonos sound system, and a Bluetooth speaker complete the setup.

Steps from a quiet beach, a short walk to north-end restaurants, and just ten minutes from the rest of Sayulita's surf shops, taco stands, and nightlife — everything is within easy reach. When you're ready to explore beyond town, horseback riding, ATV adventures, and hikes to a completely undeveloped beach are all close by.

Housekeeping note: mid-week laundry of beach towels and a sheet change are included for one-week stays. Additional laundry service is available through the house cleaner at 150 pesos per load, paid directly to her.

Casa Manantial is a welcoming space for all guests, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC travelers. No pets, please.

Amazing Place & Perfectly Located

Bright and clean and the private, rooftop terrace was an absolute bonus! We loved watching the sunsets, listening to the waves crashing, and enjoying our morning coffee on the terrace. Casa Manantial is steps away from the beach and is walkable to restaurants, yoga studios, and the town square. We loved the decor and the art! We will stay here again and recommend Casa Manantial to our friends.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Manantial! The house was very lovely, clean and well appointed and just right for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, 5 and 7). The views of the ocean are great and you can hear it all night long. The patio area is very comfortable and has a really nice eating area, wet bar and bathroom. The complex is nice, clean and quiet and there is a private off-street parking spot available. There was mid-week house keeping and she was great! The owners and local hosts were very attentive and friendly and we had no issues during our stay.
One thing to note for those with younger kids - you will benefit greatly from a golf cart as it's a bit of a walk to the square and other beaches. The beach near the house is beautiful but the waves were a little big for our kids, but the south beach was perfect and the golf cart made it super convenient to take our beach chairs and umbrella wherever we wanted.
Overall, I highly recommend Casa Manantial and we are definitely hoping to come back in the future!

Gorgeous oasis!

We LOVED our time at Casa Manantial. It was our first visit to Sayulita (and to Mexico) and this casa is highly recommended. My daughter and I appreciated returning to this private, beautifully-curated space after days spent on the beach soaking up the sun, savouring the local flavours and markets in town, and hiking the jungle trails nearby to Playa Malpaso & San Pancho.

The apartment is open and airy with rooftop views of the ocean through the palm trees. Morning yoga to the sound of waves on the shore was a treat :) The beach is a short 2min. walk away when you want to maximize that vit D, have a quick dip, or watch the sunset. We preferred this quiet section of beach to the busier areas on the main bay for lounging. The owners provided beach towels/blankets, chairs, and an umbrella. Two couples, or a small family, could easily enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place together.

The owners and property manager were friendly and responsive to all questions (e.g. transit options to/from PVR airport, surf lesson recommendations, etc.). They've thought of everything. The casa is clean and well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home (i.e. kitchen appliances, drinking water, oils, spices, etc.), but we appreciated Robert's (property manager) recommendations for places to enjoy local foods in town too. YUM!

There's a golf cart and parking available on site for rent if you need it. If you're able, we preferred exploring the area on foot and enjoyed the ~10min. walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It's just far enough away from the nightlife for a peaceful sleep with comfortable beds & bedding too. For those flying in only with carry-on luggage, both bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We'd love to return to this spectacular spot someday. Muchas Gracias!

Would give more than five stars if I could!

I’d give our stay more than 5 stars if I could!!! The hosts were responsive and proactive in giving us the info we needed for a successful and easy trip, and they went above and beyond with tips and recommendations that made our vacation amazing. The casa was clean and the furnishings beautifully curated. It’s clear the owners use this casa themselves as the items in the house and extra touches are thoughtful and functional and we found everything we needed to be very comfortable. The location is beautiful. It’s along the north beach and quiet. We loved that we could hear the waves and the rooftop patio is awesome. It is outside the hustle and bustle of the main square but still close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. However, we found using the rented golf cart enhanced our stay and allowed us to explore even more. The pool was cold, but a great option our kids loved. We’d definitely recommend this to a family or to couples looking for a great vacation spot!

Amazing home & host

Gorgeous condo in a private setting, amazing private rooftop with kitchen and dining. AC was wonderful on hot days and all the amenities for cooking were appreciated. Walking distance to great food, the beach, yoga etc. About a 10 min walk to town. Host was super responsive and had local representation who were also super helpful! Overall had a wonderful time and would stay again!

beautiful home & excellent location

Casa Manantial was very well stocked with all needed kitchen supplies as well as some basic cooking ingredients. The home was lovely and well maintained with a pool that the kids used copiously. A short (maybe 12 minute) walk to center of the town. Would recommend for anyone with a small family that wants to be a little outside of the rowdiness that is probably found closer to the heart of the city. Thanks y’all!
