Casa Noa in Sayulita is a charming, newly renovated retreat just minutes from the beach — the perfect blend of stylish surf vibes and modern comfort.

Located on the tranquil north side of town, our home is only a 5-minute stroll to the beach and a 10-minute walk to Sayulita’s lively plaza, where you’ll find colorful streets, delicious local cuisine, and unique shops. Guests especially love relaxing by the shared pool, taking a dip in the cold plunge, or soaking in the outdoor bathtub after a day of exploring.

At Casa Noa, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a kitchen — ideal for families, couples, or a small group of friends. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second can be arranged with either two twin beds or a king-size bed to suit your needs.

Your private living space is located on the lower level, separate from our family's home upstairs, offering both comfort and privacy with lush jungle views. You'll have your own secure entrance through a locked gate, along with a safe for your valuables.

Please note that the pool is a shared amenity with the upstairs unit, where our family lives. Casa Noa is perched on a hillside, so getting home involves a short but fairly steep walk. Many guests enjoy the daily exercise, while others choose to rent a side-by-side or golf cart for added convenience.

As locals who own a surf and adventure company plus a photography business, we’re happy to share our favorite hidden gems, dining spots, and help you plan unforgettable experiences during your stay. Mahalo vibes

We had the most incredible stay! The location is the perfect balance—only a 10-minute walk into the heart of town, but close enough to the beach that we never missed a single sunset. The amenities really set this place apart; the pool was kept at the perfect temperature, and having
a cold plunge was such a refreshing bonus. It truly felt like a private oasis. Highly recommend!"

Amazing Stay! Can’t wait to visit again!

A perfect little oasis to enjoy Sayulita! It was a great location within the town - very quiet in the evenings and a great place to enjoy the afternoon near the pool. Kitchen was lovely and all the beach amenities were a nice added touch. If we ever needed anything, the hosts were always keen to answer any questions and ensure our travels were safe to and from PV. Can’t recommend this place enough and will be sure to visit again!

A Little Piece of Paradise

We had an amazing stay at Casa Noa while in Sayulita. This location and suite were perfect for our needs. The neighbourhood is quiet, and so close to the beach and busy town center. Walking distance to everything you need and so many delicious restaurant and food options nearby. There is one large hill that might be a problem for those with mobility issues or carrying children. There is an easy option to rent a golf cart if necessary. We are retired and walked daily to the beach and explored the town without the use of a golf cart.

We really appreciated all the thought in providing beach chairs, umbrella and towels so we could enjoy our days on the beach in comfort. The beds are so comfy, the pool is just perfect, and there's lots of space to enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio or lounge with a good book at the pool. We loved the well stocked outdoor kitchen, as well.

Our hosts were, communicative, helpful and very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back on a future visit and recommend Casa Noa to family and friends.

Loved staying here with our toddler - hope to be back!

We loved staying here! We were traveling with our toddler and knew we wanted a spot with a second bedroom as well as the ability to cook breakfast and a few meals at home (given the unpredictable nature of toddler eating). It was fun to have a spot that functioned primarily outside but with indoor bedrooms and a bathroom. We would beach most mornings, come back for a midday nap (but unlike a hotel we LOVED the ability to lounge poolside and have a marg while our child slept), and then launch for an evening adventure. I think it's critical to rent a golf cart while staying here because the house is up a STEEP hill, but honestly I loved the flexibility of having the golf cart and then returning home to a quiet, away from the city noise, location. There was a huge flock of lime green parrots that would hang out in the trees near the house - which was a hit for everyone of all ages. The Christie and Renee were amazingly thoughtful and accommodating, leaving a bunch of baby gear for us to ease travel, and were generally just so pleasant to interact with. We hope to be back!

Casa Noa was the perfect escape

It felt incredibly private with the most beautiful jungle view, truly our own little oasis. This was our first trip with our 5-month-old, and it couldn’t have been a better space for the three of us. The home is beautifully decorated with so much thought and warmth, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were fantastic — they know Sayulita so well and gave us great recommendations that made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic!

We had the BEST stay! The accommodations are absolutely gorgeous and it’s even more beautiful than the photos. We barely wanted to leave to go into town because of how beautiful the pool area and outdoor seating area is. The space is a true oasis and I can’t wait to stay again! Christie was a fantastic host, super communicative and all around lovely. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing!

We’ve stayed at Casa Noa several times, and it just keeps getting better! The hosts are incredible—always so friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. The home itself is beautifully designed, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and outdoor spaces are gorgeous, and the cold plunge is such a refreshing bonus after a hot Sayulita day (it can also be a regular warm bath if needed!). The location is perfect: quiet and safe, yet just a short walk to the beach and town. We had surf lessons with Sea Sayulita (the hosts own this company so booking was super smooth) and our family had an unforgettable day surfing with Rene. Casa Noa has truly become our favorite spot in Sayulita—we can’t recommend it highly enough!

Better than Perfect!

Our stay was better than I had anticipated. The space is quiet, charming, and thoughtfully designed with unique details that make it feel both cozy and inspiring. Tucked away from the busy streets, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being just a short walk (5min uphill!) from the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The décor is beautifully bohemian—natural textures, airy spaces, and little artistic touches that make it feel special and authentic to Sayulita’s laid-back vibe. It was outdoor living at its best with comfy hammocks, lounge chairs, and a refreshing cold plunge and gorgeous pool surrounded by greenery. These spaces are perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, and the gentle sounds of nature add to the serene atmosphere.

We were there with our teens. The kids loved having space to relax, and we appreciated being just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops—it made family outings easy while still being able to come back to a calm and comfortable home base. Our hosts were kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, and gave us a true “locals” feel of Sayulita. For families who want a balance of adventure and relaxation, this place is a hidden gem. With an atmosphere both intimate and inspiring, it’s also perfect for couples looking to slow down, reconnect, and soak in Sayulita’s charm.

The hosts were warm, communicative, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They made us feel like family. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with character, this spot is a hidden gem. It felt like we had our own personal retreat. We left feeling refreshed and truly can’t wait to return.

Highly Recommend

I had a wonderful stay. The location is walkable — just a few minutes to town and the beach, plus there are beautiful jungle hikes right nearby. The last part of the walk is up a hill, so you can always rent a golf cart to get around if you prefer. I always felt safe, the pool was such a treat, and the hosts were accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!
