The Space

At 1,385 sq. ft., 406 is remarkably large for a one-bedroom, with an expansive open-concept living, dining and kitchen area designed for guests who appreciate extra space.

The late-2025 remodel was designed and completed by Sayulita-based Luna Group Contractors and Punto Cero Architects. The renovation combines custom wood cabinetry and furnishings, contemporary quartz counters, stone floors, updated lighting and fixtures, and a fully equipped modern kitchen—creating a comfortable home that feels authentically connected to Sayulita.

The oversized bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, workspace and direct terrace access. The spacious bathroom includes a double vanity, custom wood cabinetry and walk-in glass shower.

The kitchen is designed for real cooking, with a large island, full-size refrigerator, cooktop, oven, generous counter space and everything needed for meals at home.

The living room offers plenty of space to unwind, along with fast Wi-Fi and a huge 75" TV.

Private Jungle Terrace

Large sliding doors open onto a spacious private, partially covered terrace surrounded by mature tropical vegetation.

Enjoy morning coffee in the shade, relax with a book in the afternoon, or unwind with an evening drink surrounded by the sights and sounds of Sayulita’s lush tropical setting.

Guest Access & Amenities

Guests have private use of the entire condo and terrace, plus access to Pájaro de Fuego’s community amenities.

A highlight is the largest swimming pool in Sayulita, offering a beautiful resort-style setting for swimming and relaxing.

Guests also have on-site garage parking, especially convenient if you're arriving by car or renting a golf cart during your stay.

Location & North Beach

Pájaro de Fuego is tucked into the lush surroundings of Sayulita’s quieter North End, giving you a relaxing home base while keeping the beach and town within easy reach.

North Beach is approximately 300 meters away, making beach walks, swimming, surfing and sunsets an easy part of your stay.

Restaurants, cafés, shopping and nightlife are easily accessible when you want them, while 406 gives you a quieter place to return to afterward.

Accessibility & Getting Around

Sayulita is a beautiful hillside town, and many homes and condos involve steep streets, long stairways, and uneven or cobblestone surfaces. Pájaro de Fuego 406 is relatively easy to access for a hillside property, with on-site garage parking and ramps covering most of the route to the condo.

The unit is not step-free. There are 18 stairs that must be climbed to reach 406, and there is no elevator. Guests comfortable with a normal flight of stairs should find the access quite manageable, but we want anyone with mobility concerns to know exactly what to expect before booking.

Getting Around Sayulita

We highly recommend renting a golf cart during your stay. It's one of the easiest—and most enjoyable—ways to experience Sayulita.

With garage parking at Pájaro de Fuego, having a golf cart is especially convenient for navigating Sayulita's hills, heading into town for dinner or shopping, bringing home groceries, and exploring the surrounding area.

Pájaro de Fuego 406 offers something increasingly hard to find in Sayulita: an enormous, freshly remodeled one-bedroom home with a private jungle terrace, spectacular pool, garage parking and North Beach just 300 meters away—all tucked into the tropical surroundings of Sayulita’s quieter North End.
