Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that can seat 8-10 with doors opening up to the pool area, as well as a comfortable sitting area to enjoy the morning sun, a cup of coffee, and a book.

All of the roomy bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and nice views of ocean and mountains. Each has individual A/C units and ceiling fans to keep nights comfortable and plenty of space for clothes and other personal items. Each room also has its own personal safe for your valuables as well.

♛ Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and lots of closet storage, and a huge palapa terrace with ocean and mountain views. 
♛ Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, lots of closet storage, a work desk and additional chairs, and a palapa terrace with great ocean views.
♛ Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, storage built into the headboard of the bed, a sitting area, and fantastic ocean views.
♛ Bedroom 4 has two full-sized bunk beds (one with a trundle bed to sleep 5), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, interior windows into the palm tree well, and glass doors leading to the light-filled hall. Although intended as a kid’s bunk room, the beds can be used by adults as well.

★ OUTDOORS ★
A stunning getaway would not be complete without a private space where you can take in the tranquility of the outdoors. The large, grassy pool garden has great views of the Sayulita mountains with several seating areas, a hammock, and a heated swimming pool that provides year-round fun. The pool patio area has a BBQ, an al-fresco dining space, and chairs for lounging by the pool. There is a separate garden gate to access Calle Mariposa and an outdoor shower to wash away beach sand and pool water. At the top of the house, there is an expansive, leafy palapa with a comfortable shaded lounging area from where you can enjoy ocean, mountain, and town views as well as cool afternoon breezes. The adjacent sun deck is great spot to work on your tan while enjoying great views of the Pacific. The palapa bar has a sink with filtered water and a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. The leafy entry patio has secure parking spaces for two golf carts as well as an outdoor shower for cleaning off sand and salt after a day at the beach.
