Villa Casa Shira in Sayulita is a large, *private* estate & casita on the sought-after north side of Sayulita. Enjoy a swimming pool, ocean views, and exceptional privacy. The beach and downtown Sayulita are a quick and easy walk from Villa Casa Shira.

Villa Casa Shira can sleep up to 4 guests on traditional beds and 6 more on air mattresses in the large living room. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and the casita has a queen bed (new mattresses in both rooms as of Nov 2021). New keyless, coded entry makes for smooth sailing on your time off. The house is fully equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Highly recommended for spending a few incredible days.

The place is incredible, very spacious with all the facilities in very good condition. All the amenities they offer were ready and available for us. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the private pool. Paul and Danny were always attentive to us for anything we might need, and they were extremely flexible with our checkout time. Sayulita is a very picturesque and lively place, there is a lot to do and plenty of great food options, highly recommended for spending a few incredible days.

Perfect house for our family vacation...

What a dreamy property, and the perfect way to enjoy Sayulita!
The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms are comfy (and air conditioned!), the private pool is perfect, and I can't say enough about the VIEW. The property is huge for Sayulita standards, it's very private and full of wildlife. Bird watching on the deck will always be a highlight of our trip (although they WILL wake you up in the morning).
You can walk anywhere you need to in town and there are tons of amenities close by. Do know that the hill up to the house is steep and not for the very faint of heart. There are only two beds but there are air mattresses available, which we used for our family of 5. We felt safe, comfortable and right at home, it was hard to leave...
Much gratitude to the awesome property managers, Danny & Paul. They are so kind and helpful and patient with our many questions. They helped us book a golf cart, and surf lessons, and pointed us in the right direction for groceries beaches, etc. They're the best!
We will be back!

We felt very welcomed from arrival to departure.

Our stay at the house was excellent. Very good location, just two blocks from the beach and very close to the main square, making it easy to enjoy everything Sayulita has to offer. The house is well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need. The staff, including Ionie, Danny and Paul, were always attentive and available for any need, showing kindness and willingness at all times. We felt very welcomed from arrival to departure.

This place was awesome. We squeezed 9 college students in for a perfect spring break experience. Central location, beautiful views, and perfect amenities. Ionnie was a great host as well!

This place is a gem and the host is fantastic!

What a wonderful, private, place. Great for multiple couples or families with kids. The kitchen was great. The pool and balcony, amazing. The only unexpected part was not having access to a washer and dryer. In the dry season, it wouldn’t be an issue. But, in the wet season it was very hard to dry towels after the pool and beach. The host replaced our wet towels once during the stay, which helped. We used the local laundromat for our personal washing, but for towels that was too much. Other than that, this place is a gem and the host is fantastic!
