Booking 30 days or more before check-in:
Full Refund: If Guests cancel within 48 hours after booking or at least 30 days before check-in, they will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: If Guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Guests can cancel within 7 days before check-in. No-shows or early departures are not eligible for any refund.

For reservations made within 30 days of check-in, guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours after booking, if the cancellation is at least 14 days before check-in.

Just one block from the Pacific Ocean, this hacienda-style villa underwent a complete makeover in 2024. It offers the perfect retreat for pickleball in your tropical yard—the first official hard court in Sayulita! It is just a 3-minute stroll from the North Beach. Villa PB-lita comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and boasts two master suites with kingsize beds on separate levels, a flex room for work or other activities like yoga, and a spacious patio with a private pool.

This vacation rental offers modern comfort and a relaxing, beautiful ambiance. The private pickleball court has a Nova Sports surface, a generous out-of-bounds area, and is just steps from the house. Its enclosed yard and lush garden provide privacy and include a parking area for a golf cart and two medium-sized cars. You'll find places to eat around the corner or walk along the sea or streets to the lively restaurant area in the center of the town.

Slide open the 16-foot-wide glass doors to embrace authentic tropical living. Creating Villa PB-lita
When Larry and Tessa first came to Sayulita, it was love at first sight. After owning a condo on Gringo Hill for five years, they yearned for more space and a home with character. That's when they found Casa Orquidea, an older hacienda-style residence that needed some love. While remodeling, they got hooked on pickleball, and their passion inspired them to build a pickleball court in the yard. Larry and Tessa spend a few months a year here, cherishing the home they've lovingly crafted, and are thrilled to share it with you when they're away.

Amazing house and location - highly recommend!

This home was absolutely perfect all around. I chose to stay here because it is less than 5 minutes from the beach on foot. The pool was always a perfect temperature. The kitchen layout was great and included just about anything I needed to cook - the washer and dryer was a bonus! Communication with Larry was clear and prompt. He made sure we had everything we needed. Our house hosts were so kind and greeted us on arrival. They helped us set up a golf cart rental, in-home massage, and an airport transfer. Another bonus - the house steps away from Chaman, the cutest outdoor bar and kitchen. Overall, no complaints and I would stay here again.

Beautiful villa, amazing amenities

This was such a lovely villa to stay in. Very modern and up to date all throughout. Every detail was thought of taken care of before we arrived. There was plenty of purified water available. The property was secured and we felt very safe. The salt water pool was amazing and we took full advantage of it, multiple times a day. This property really made our stay in sayulita perfect.

Absolutely amazing spot and area in the home is absolutely gorgeous with the private pool being such a delight delay by ..

We loved every single minute of it, and we also had great recommendations from the owners of where to go to dinner where to go to the beach clubs. They had chairs for us to use the beach and an umbrella and everything was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend this for anybody who wants to lovely quiet. Stay at the beach but yet can go into town and have fun. .
