For cancellations made within 5 days of check-in, the guest will forfeit the first night’s accommodation fee, plus 50% of the remaining accommodation fees.

If a guest chooses to cancel after checking in, they will receive a 50% refund for any remaining nights of their stay. The guest remains responsible for payment of all nights already spent.
