Cancellation Policy

Reservations at Villa Vargas are confirmed with a 50% payment, and the balance is due 31 days before arrival. Because we hold the entire villa for one group only, payments are non-refundable once made.

If your plans change, tell us as early as you can. We will always try to move your stay to new dates, and in exceptional circumstances we look at each case individually. No security deposit is required.

Description

Villa Vargas is your own private home in Sayulita: three bedrooms, a heated pool in a walled tropical garden, and nobody else in it. The whole villa is reserved for one group at a time. It is never shared and never split into separate rentals, so from the moment you let yourselves in with your keypad code, the pool, the terrace and both floors are yours.

Days here have an easy rhythm. A morning swim before the town wakes up. Coffee by the water. A seven-minute walk to the beach, lunch in town, and back to your own pool for the afternoon. As the light goes, the waterfall wall lights up, drinks come out at the outdoor bar, and dinner comes off the grill. You are close enough to enjoy everything Sayulita offers, and far enough from the nightlife to sleep well.

The pool is the middle of the house. Sliding glass panels open the entire ground floor onto the garden terrace, where the heated pool runs beside a stone waterfall wall. It is open at any hour, year-round. Around it: lounge seating, a sheltered sun deck, an outdoor dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink and bar.

Room to spread out. Each floor has its own complete kitchen (stove and oven, full-size fridge and freezer), its own washer and dryer, its own purified water dispenser and its own balcony. Two families, or three couples, can keep their own pace without crowding each other. Air conditioning in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a sound system in the main living room and flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms.

Premium mattresses, luxury linens, extra pillows and blankets, robes, shampoo and body soap throughout. A baby crib is available on request.

A house with character. Warm parota wood, floor-to-ceiling glass and a floating staircase, with a life-size jellyfish mural by Sayulita artist Pepe Niño on the main-level feature wall. Designed by local architects and kept the way we would want to find it ourselves.

Where it is. A quiet residential street on Sayulita’s south side, about a seven-minute walk to the beach, with restaurants, cafés and shops an easy stroll away. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are waiting by the door, and a golf cart is available to rent on site for Villa Vargas guests. Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) is about 45 minutes by car.

Easy arrival, real support. Self check-in with a keypad code, two private entrances (one per floor) and free parking on the property. Our local team is on call throughout your stay, and mid-stay cleaning can be arranged. For your peace of mind there are three security cameras outside the house (none indoors) and noise-level monitors that read volume only.

This is a lovely and well appointed Vacation Rental. Super easy to get to town/beach and is set back enough that it’s quiet at night. The host Antonio and the property manager Julio were very accessible and helpful. We just had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this spot to others.

Everything was amazing!

Villa Vargas an amazing place! it's 5 minutes walking to eating/drinking in sayulita or hitting the beach. the house itself was clean and comfortable and we loved having the pool. they welcomed us with a fruit bowl and wine and the hosts were really friendly and easy to reach.

BOOK IT!

Everything was well appointed and as described. Antonio went out of his way to cover all the details. Even a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting upon arrival. Excellent and tasteful branding too. The house is perfectly located near downtown making coming and going super convenient.

Julio(manager) couldn’t have been a better host. He was always available to answer any questions and help in any way possible.

I highly recommend Villa Vargas for your next trip to Sayulita, you won’t be disappointed.

Book now......Julio will take great care of you. I highly recommend you rent the house golf cart to get around. We also had a truck for longer trips but the golfcart is much more practical to get around town!
