Description

Villa Vargas in Sayulita is a private three-bedroom luxury villa for families, couples, and groups who want the space and privacy of an entire vacation home while staying close to everything Sayulita, Mexico, has to offer. The villa is reserved for one group at a time, so the heated pool, gardens and outdoor living areas are yours alone for your whole stay.

The private heated outdoor pool sits at the heart of the property, surrounded by tropical outdoor living space and an enclosed garden terrace. Days here move at an easy pace: a morning swim, lunch at one of the outdoor dining areas, and sunset drinks at the outdoor bar while dinner comes off the grill. There are several private spaces to relax, so everyone in your group can find a quiet corner or gather around the pool.

Inside, Villa Vargas blends traditional Mexican character with modern comfort. Warm parota wood finishes, distinctive pebble-stone showers, and a striking floating staircase give the home its own architectural personality. These details make a stay feel rooted in the Riviera Nayarit.

The villa sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms and five beds. Every bedroom has air conditioning and its own private ensuite bathroom. Two full kitchens and two laundry areas make the home especially comfortable for families, multi-generational groups and longer stays, so everyone has room to cook, unpack and settle in without feeling crowded.

Staying connected is easy. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace let you check in with work when you need to. Purified drinking water, televisions, ceiling fans and everything you'd expect from a well-equipped private vacation home cover the rest.

When the ocean calls, the beach is about a 7-minute walk away. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are provided, so you can head out with little more than sunscreen, spend the afternoon on the sand and stroll back to the pool.

Arrival is simple, with free parking, private entrances and convenient self check-in. Villa Vargas is rented only as the entire private villa and is never split between unrelated guest reservations. The pool, gardens and outdoor spaces are shared only with the people you came with.

This is a lovely and well appointed Vacation Rental. Super easy to get to town/beach and is set back enough that it’s quiet at night. The host Antonio and the property manager Julio were very accessible and helpful. We just had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this spot to others.

Villa Vargas an amazing place! it's 5 minutes walking to eating/drinking in sayulita or hitting the beach. the house itself was clean and comfortable and we loved having the pool. they welcomed us with a fruit bowl and wine and the hosts were really friendly and easy to reach.

Everything was well appointed and as described. Antonio went out of his way to cover all the details. Even a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting upon arrival. Excellent and tasteful branding too. The house is perfectly located near downtown making coming and going super convenient.

Julio(manager) couldn’t have been a better host. He was always available to answer any questions and help in any way possible.

About Villa Vargas Sayulita
You know when you visit somewhere and you never quite feel the same again? Sayulita was that place for us. In 2014 we had flown into Puerto Vallarta for a vacation when a local told us about Sayulita. A car rental and a quick 45 minute drive through the jungle later and we were in love. We visited multiple times over the past few years, spending more and more time there, eating more tacos, and starting to look at possibilities for real estate. Over the span of our visits, we got to know the different areas, the hotels, the vacation rentals, and some of the local happenings (and where to find the best tacos), when we found this newly built home designed by local architects, we knew it was the perfect home to share with you.

We brought together our favourite details and luxury finishings from the most comfortable beds (we travelled far and wide searching) to the down comforters, extra pillows, soft towels, fast Wifi, Smart TV’s (netflix) and so much more to make your stay both luxurious and cozy. We wanted you to have the traditional Mexican feel with the Parota wood throughout the home and the modern feel of being safely nestled away at your favourite hotel. We fell in love with the culture, the people, and the tropical paradise that Sayulita is known for, and while we can attempt to capture the beauty of this city on this site and our photos, it’s in your own adventure and memories that you will know exactly what we mean.
