Description

Villa Violeta in Sayulita is a stunning brand new ocean view home in the exclusive quiet north side of Sayulita. This luxury Villa features expansive views of both surf breaks, the ocean and monkey mountain. This 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath house also has a TV/Bonus room and a "family" bedroom with children's loft and /or pull out sofa so the Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. Special amenities include filtered water, private parking, fire pit, heated pool, multiple patios, a roof deck and daily maid service.

The Space

Both the primary bedroom and the suite bedroom have private bathrooms. The third bedroom has a full bathroom across the hallway. All bedrooms have ocean-view patios and king-size beds. There is a TV room on the bedroom level with 55 inch Smart TV and 2 single bed size sofas. Up a level is the indoor/ outdoor main living space with 2 living and dining areas. The terrace on this level has a large lounging area with a fire table and panoramic views of the ocean and beaches to the west and the jungle and mountains to the south. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your catch of the day and dinner party! The wrap-around deck brings it all together and showcases the spectacular views. There is a rooftop deck with loungers and a swing bed to chill on and soak up sunrises, sunsets and the stars. The home is perched up on a hill which removes you from the noise and hustle and bustle of town but is easily accessible by golf cart or car which is a quick 5-minute ride to the beach and town centre. Maid service 3 days per week, and full concierge service make guests' stay easy!

Guest Access

This is a private, secure Villa and guests enjoy the entire home. The Villa is located on Nanzal Hill so is best accessed by a 5-minute quick golf cart or car ride.

Other Things To Note

This Villa is on multiple levels connected by steps, the sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean as you enter the main living area will take your breath away. The Villa is located on Nanzal Hill on the quiet, peaceful north side of Sayulita which has the best vantage point for panoramic sunsets over the pacific ocean.

The heated swimming pool has a saltwater system that is gentle on the eyes and skin. There is ample poolside lounge space in sun or shade and be spoiled with a heated outdoor shower. Enjoy our Starlink high-speed wifi service throughout the property. Due to stairs, this property is not recommended for children under 4 years of age.

Incredible views!

Incredible views! Watching the sunset from the balcony on the 2nd floor was the highlight every evening. Tons of great restaurants around and a lot of trails to beaches nearby that are less crowded. If you go in the rainy season I would get a 4x4 if you rent a car ..or plan on getting an ATV with 4x4 it's pretty steep getting to the house...but totally worth to get those incredible views!

Perfection Home for family vacation

What a wonderful experience with our communication with Amanda and Lina to getting booked in to the right home for our family. The superb follow up, the helpful suggestions, and the booking of transfers and golf carts were absolutely the best I have ever experienced. The home was magnificent. From the breathtaking views from all patios(and there were many on all levels), to the calming aesthetic vibe thru out, the comfortable king size beds, the well supplied kitchen, and warm pool it was easy to get into relaxing mode quickly. The suggestion to bring in Nuri from Bocadito to cook us an incredible family meal was next level. Sandra met us at the house as a host and our contact for our stay. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and jumped into action whenever needed! If you want a space to connect with friends and family this is the place to do it-just make sure your golf cart is fully charged as it is up a big hill. 10/10

Fabulous Family Gathering at Villa Violetta

Villa Violetta was the perfect gathering space for our family of six to celebrate a 60th birthday! We loved our perch atop the hill and the views and sunsets couldn't have been more spectacular. Each couple could enjoy their personal space and there are multiple gathering spots for drinks, appetizers, games or just chatting together. Renting golf carts made getting around very easy and fun too. We wanted a special location for our sons and their girlfriends. Villa Violetta definitely delivers the "wow" factor! We enjoyed our time in the Villa and Sayulita is charming with plenty of restaurants, bars and activities to keep everyone entertained. Definitely explore the surrounding beaches; it's worth the hike along the beach and through the jungle. We had a pristine beach practically to ourselves! This was the perfect location for a special celebration.

A wonderful week in Sayulita and Villa Violeta

We stayed in this beautiful house over Christmas with a family of 8, and had an amazing week. The house was spacious, clean and had great facilities. The pool and views are definitely the highlight of the property but the peacefulness of being a bit outside of the city was also great. The kitchen had everything we needed, the daily maid service was excellent as we used the kitchen quite a bit during the week and it was nice to have Betty help with the clean up.

Huge thanks to the Villa Violeta team for all of your help!

Villa Violeta was absolutely perfect for my friends and I. We were a group of 7, and there were plenty of spaces for communal activities as well as large enough for privacy. It will be a workout getting luggage into the home with the set of stairs, and it will be absolutely worth it! The home had everything that we needed and more!
Their concierge services allowed us to have a stress-free trip as we reserved airport transportation, golf carts, and a private chef through them. We were taken away by the delicious meal and tablescape that Chef Nuri prepared for us for Dia de Los Muertos.
Things to know:
- DO get the golf carts, as it is at the top of a beautiful hill
- There is daily cleaning of the home, except on Sundays
- The home has AC on the floor with bedrooms. No AC on the kitchen/main living room floor, but we were totally okay!
I would definitely love to stay here again. Huge thanks to the Villa Violeta team for all of your help!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great week at Villa Violeta! Everything from the communication with Amanda to the fabulous views exceeded our expectations. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed being a little further from town in a more secluded area overlooking the entire town of Sayulita. We will certainly be back!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I spent a week at Villa Violeta and had an incredible stay. The home is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views of both the jungle and the ocean, and it immediately felt like our own. It was our first visit to Sayulita, and we completely fell in love with both the villa and the town.

We rented a side-by-side (highly recommend this over a golf cart for the steep hills) and had the best time exploring town for great food, drinks, and jungle adventures. After a day out, we loved coming back to relax by our private pool and take in the views—it was pure bliss.

A few of our favorite restaurants:

Mary’s – The fried fish taco and Sayulita taco are both incredible.

El Itacate – Amazing tacos on the north side of town, still close to everything.

Barracuda – Two locations, but we preferred the beachfront one. The food is excellent, and Tony the server/cook is the best!

Anchor Café – Don’t let the simple exterior fool you—the food is delicious and organic, and the coffee is fantastic.

La Rustica – Great pizza and a lovely atmosphere.

Tierra Viva – Highly recommend their eggs benedict.

We usually stay at resorts, but Sayulita has completely changed our minds. Having your own gorgeous home with breathtaking views, a private pool, and wonderful staff is an experience unlike any other. Thank you for such an amazing stay—we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home! Great for couples and families!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The home is a gorgeous, large open-concept space that’s actually better in person than in the pictures (which is rare these days). The views are amazing and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and both the management team in Sayulita and the owners in Canada went above and beyond to make our trip seamless.

The property is private, peaceful, and comes with a beautiful pool you’ll never want to get out of. A couple things to note: the upstairs doesn’t have air-conditioning, but the huge sliding doors and ocean breeze keep it surprisingly comfortable, even in the middle of summer. The massive patios, indoor-outdoor layout, and that private pool make the whole place feel like your own little resort.

Location-wise, it’s a bit out of town and up the hill, which means you get fantastic views and none of the noise. We rented a small SUV and had zero issues getting up and down, even on the one day it rained.

One funny thing future couples might want to know: there’s a little viewing platform locals use on the hilltop above the home. We didn’t notice it until we had already unintentionally given the locals a bit of a show from the pool 🤣 Consider yourselves warned!

All jokes aside, this villa is stunning, spotless, safe, and in a great location that’s not too far from downtown Sayulita. We highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back.

The house is very, very nice, large with everything you need, and more, a place to rest from the excess of people in Sayulita, it is very clean. Sandra, Lina's representative, is a super good host. The house is far from downtown, since it is on a hill. It is advisable to rent the golf cart, but having a private pool gives it a plus. Thank you
