Sueños del Mar Villa in Sayulita is perfectly located 100 steps to the beach and one block to the plaza, views. 

The Villa is perfect for families, friends, singles & wedding guests. It is comfortable with high ceilings, curved archways, hand crafted tiles and wood with glass french doors/windows in front and double pane windows and sliding screens in bedrooms. It can sleep up to 6.

It feels like home with a vacation flare. The villa is well designed with vibrant, traditional colors and murals. The Villa has 2 large bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with king size beds with good mattresses and linens, AC, fans, screens, doors to back balconies, sliding glass and screened windows. There is a beautifully tiled bathromm with a large custom shower. 

The Living Room is spacious with 2 additional single beds, lounging area, cable TV, an area with table for dining or using computers or playing games in front of wall-to-wall glass french doors to balcony. Unwind, socialize, read, nap, or watch the world go by below, all from the front balcony. The living room has space for separate activities for various members of your family or group, including dining indoors or out, working on laptop, doing puzzles, playing games, watching TV or DVDs, listening to music, + it has 2 single beds. 

The Kitchen is large and you can gather around the dining table. You can sit at the bar in front of the window. You are equipped with cooking and dining ware and wrap around counter space. There are full-size appliances, including a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and small hand operated citrus juicer. The kitchen opens up to the living room creating a beautiful open space.

We provide housekeeping and a good manager. We provide a Welcome Email to help you prepare for your trip with directions to house and information about transportation from the airport.

You can ask manager for support to find a cook (don’t need one as great restaurants are all around you and some deliver), child care or cribs, tours, surfing and board information, yoga, boat trips, Spanish lessons. Board storage on back balconies or on side of house in passageway.

The Villa is an experience you'll relish. Extremely comfortable. (We have exceptions to the low season 5-night minimum and high season 7-night minimum - check with owner for other lengths of stay.)
