Villa Casita Sueños del Mar in Sayulita is perfectly located just 100 steps from the beach and one block from the plaza. The Villa is perfect for families, friends, singles & wedding guests. It is comfortable with hand-crafted tiles and wood-framed glass French doors and windows.
The space is well-designed with vibrant, traditional colors, featuring 2 bedrooms equipped with AC, ceiling fans and comfy mattresses and linens.
Villa Amenities Include AC in both bedrooms, cable TV, CD, DVD, SAFE, purified water, beach shower, beach towels, grill in the garden, golf cart charger, and parking in front or on the side of the house. Additionally, you can ask if carport parking is available.
The Living Room is spacious with a lounging area, cable TV, and an area with a table for dining or using computers and playing games.
The Kitchen is equipped with cooking and dining ware as well as a dining table and counter space. There are full-size appliances, including a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and small hand-operated citrus juicer. The kitchen opens up to the living room creating a beautiful open space.
We provide housekeeping and a good manager. You'll be sent a welcome email to help you prepare for your trip with directions to the house and information about transportation from the airport.
We use strict international standard hospitality sanitation practices.
The Villa is an experience you'll relish. Extremely comfortable. (We have exceptions to the low season 5-night minimum and high season 7-night minimum - check with the owner for other lengths of stay.)
Please take a look at Suenos del Mar and the Penthouse, which can be rented separately or together with the Villa for bigger groups.

Cancellation:
On short-term bookings less than month: Full refund if cancellation is 30 days prior. 50% if cancellation is between 15-30 days prior.
On longer-term bookings of month or more: full refund if cancellation is 60 days prior. 50% refund if cancellation is between 30-60 days prior to arrival (special circumstances considered--contact owner.)
BANK CARDS & CREDIT CARDS work with Paypal. You don’t have to belong to Paypal. When you know your dates, we arrange for Paypal to send you an email requesting payment. You follow the prompts and submit. Paypal and I confirm your payment. WE WILL CONSIDER OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT, but Paypal is the easiest. We request 50% deposit to book and 50% balance 30 days prior to arrival. You pay no additional service fees from SayulitaLife or the owner.
