TeiTiare Estate Weddings in Sayulita is a beachfront venue located just five minutes south of downtown. A magnificent estate right on the beach, surrounded by lush jungle. This exclusive, private, quiet retreat will be the delight of you and your special guests, for your destination wedding or any special event when only the best will do.

Choose your location for the ceremony, toes in the sand right on the beach, or perhaps one of the elegant homes, there are many choices available on this beautiful property.

Options include the venue only, or if you prefer, our onsite staff can take care of everything, from wedding planning, to carrying out all of your desires on the event day.

I will recommend to it to my neighbors

Definitely, this place is on my priority list for weddings. Whiteroseshub Such an elegant and peaceful place this is. Our people were also comfortable and enjoyed themselves there.

The most AMAZING place for a wedding or celebration!

What you see is what you get, AND MUCH MORE! This place looks amazing online and the experience in person is even more incredible than that. Seriously. It’s a powerful experience when you first step onto the grounds and your guests will be blown away. We had multiple people comment on how it was the nicest wedding venue they’d even been to and we couldn’t agree more. We held a cocktail hour up at the house, our ceremony in the palm tree grove, dinner on the beach, and then dancing back in the grove. That set up worked perfectly. Of course, the crashing waves and world-class sunset were a huge bonus! If you can make it happen, Teitiare will bring your dream wedding to life. Thanks for making our day so special!

This is a gorgeous setting but norvirus is a serious problem

This is an exquisite venue for a wedding but, sadly, virtually everyone who attended my nephew's wedding came down with norovirus, including the bride and groom. Sayulita sorely needs to get on top of the health and also beach pollution problems if it is going to continue to be a destination wedding favorite.

That is very unfortunate and I wish it could be different! Sayulita has become very popular and people come here from all over the world so it takes one person to sneeze on a table that has a virus and in this hot tropical climate it goes wild!
The town is two weeks away from completing the emmisor line from the waste treatment plant which will return pristine waters to Sayulita and the town should never have that problem again in the future. Great effort has been undertaken in this project.
Again we are saddened to hear of guests falling ill and continue to try and eradicate this problem. We have never had guests get sick here at the Estate but when they go to town they seem to contract it. We just had for groups of guests here and they did not go to town, none were ill!

Dream wedding venue

My husband and I conducted a rather extensive tour of ~8 different venues and homes for our 70 person wedding. By far, Teitiare was the most spectacular. From the initial "wow" factor walking into an infinity pool overlooking turquoise waters to having a private beach for the ceremony and reception, we highly recommend looking into Teitiare. Plus Johann and his staff were extremely attentive, executed flawlessly, and were a key part of what we ended up calling the "dream team." (see Plush Catering, Patricia at Chic Concepts, Jess Edmondson at Sayulita Music, Yanen Ali photography).

As one of our pickiest guests said, "... this was the best wedding I have ever been too."
