Description

Villa Encanto in Sayulita is truly a magical place located on the north end of Sayulita in the small gated community of Colina La Iguana. The Villa can accommodate up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. This home features stunning views, a roof deck, private pool, parking and 6 days a week maid service. Sayulita beaches and town can be accessed by foot or golf cart. A full concierge service in included to make your stay easy and relaxing!

The Space

Very large 4,000 square foot villa with a private pool, multiple patios, a modern and well-stocked kitchen with dining area, a large great room, four ensuite bedrooms with private terraces and a huge rooftop palapa. This home is located in a private gated community and includes private parking.

Guest Access

You will have complete private access to the villa while our guest. The community is gated and has private security.

Other Things To Note

Villa Encanto is only a 5 minute walk (two blocks) to the north side beach and a 15 minute walk to the center of town. Golf carts, the preferred method of transportation, are available for rent.

Stunning Villa- Perfect Accommodation

This Villa is amazing. Exactly as described and better. A beautufully designed home that is well kept. The pool with the view was one of my favorite parts of my trip. We saw whales in the distance. Sweeping views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Sunsets from the rooftop deck. Dinners with Chef Nuri on the deck was a highlight. All the staff we have dealt with have been excellent and easy to work with.

We managed without golf carts with no difficulty (we do walk a lot at home in a hilly city). Only a 5 minute walk to the edge of the Village and beach.

Great stay! Sandra and Lina made the check in very smooth. Breathtaking views and very clean home! Close to town so easily walkable but golf carts made the weekend so easy and fun to run back and forth to town quickly! 10/10 stay, hope to come back again!!

This place was amazing!!!

This place was amazing!!! The views were beautiful, the people of Sayulita were kind and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were clean, and the house had everything we needed. Lina and Sandra were the best of help in getting us accommodated and settled. My girlfriends and I had a lovely time and we highly recommend this place if you’re in Sayulita! Best ladies trip ever!
