Villa Oleandra in Sayulita is a charming, family-friendly retreat nestled in the intimate Los Almendros Complex on the quiet north side of town. Surrounded by lush gardens and jungle, five traditional buildings border a large heated pool—a favorite spot for families to return to year after year. Just three blocks from the desirable Northend of Sayulita Beach, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.
The Space
This unique Mexico-style condo offers every amenity for an unforgettable vacation:

The Master Bedroom features a king bed, a private side patio, and a back porch for ultimate relaxation.
The Secondary Bedroom offers flexible sleeping: three single beds, or a king plus a single, comfortably accommodating your group.
Villa Oleandra is just a five-minute flat walk to great restaurants, ice cream shops, and taco stands. Two of Sayulita’s best yoga studios—Hotelito Los Sueños and The Rose Room—are nearby, and the town’s central plaza is only ten minutes away. Once you stay here, you may never want to leave!

What a beautiful well appointed home. The villa had every comfort you would need with a beautiful splash of color. The patio was so nice to have for listening for birds, having a coffee or cocktail and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable ( and I am very picky)! A close walk to town and the beach.

Nicer then the pictures and amazing location!
Can't wait to already plan our next trip back here. This place is amazing, so clean and has everything you need. The pool is incredible for all ages and the beach is just around the corner. The balcony over looking the pool is something special, try to spot the iguanas in the tree across the way!

Everything was amazing!
I’ve rented many vacation rentals but this was definitely one of the best. Decor so,so cute. Authentic Mexican. Comfortable, clean with a couple of balconies overlooking a huge clean pool.Location great as was walkable to town but away from late night noise! Has elevator so no worries for seniors! I’m already thinking of renting again in Oct.

A slice of paradise
We have loved our visits to Villa Oleandra. It is a quiet retreat from the hustle of Sayulita and the pool is the best in town for families. The condo itself is spacious and beautifully decorated. The living area was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were cozy and had plenty of storage space. The location is ideal—close enough to restaurants, shops, and attractions but far enough from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I can’t recommend this condo enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful beach vacation.

Absolutely Loved this stay......so charming!
Loved the décor, really left like I was in Mexico; with the beautiful art work, bright colours and authentic designs of Mexico. Loved the open air balcony over looking the pool, which was super clean and warm. Staff was great, so friendly. Had everything we needed. Easy access to many shops & restaurants in the North Side and easy 10 min walk into town centre.

This was such a peaceful and relaxing spot to vacation. Close to the beach and close to town, but very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had all them amenities needed for cooking, beds were comfortable. We loved the balcony, pool, and beautifully landscaped surroundings. Every day, I noticed another piece of art that I loved in the home. Hosts were very friendly and responsive; the place felt very well-loved and welcoming.

Highly Recommend
By mid-July our family was ready for a vacation! We live in LA so we wanted to get away from the busy city and go somewhere a little (or a lot) more laid back. Villa Oleandra at Los Almedros was just what we were looking for! I wish I had more photos, but we were just busy having fun and relaxing! The location was perfect, where we could walk to town and walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool and got in it every night after our day's activities. The staff at Los Almedros were so friendly and helpful. We love having our own kitchen so we don't have to worry about where to go for dinner after a long day out. The Kitchen had everything you could possibly need: pots and pans, cutting boards, and even a single person blender to make frozen coffee in the morning! It included pantry essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil and soap and dishwasher detergent. We also received tips from the owners before arriving on where to buy groceries on our way into town. The unit has laundry and provides laundry detergent, so we could pack less! We loved how convenient the location was to the bustling town of Sayulita, but also tucked away enough so it was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend staying at Villa Oleandra at Los Almedros, for your next vacation. We are already ready to go back!

Lovely Place
This condo is a great stay! The hosts have designed a beautiful colorful home. The layout is great for groups and the bathrooms are large. The location is a short 10min walk from centro (bars, restaurants, clubs). Host was helpful in proving tips on getting to Sayulita from PV (we ended up using air-go), where to get groceries, and ATMs. Sayulita is such a magical little town and the beaches are great. Enjoy!
