Villa Violeta

Our trip to Sayulita couldn’t have been more perfect! Lina and Esteban were super hosts with great communication before and during our stay. They were incredibly responsive and helped us with a few issues that we had. The house was perfect. Even better than the photos. Betty, the daily housekeeper was amazing! We loved having our beds made, and fresh towels . The kids played in the pool for hours! Having the golf cart to get down to the plaza and the beach was so fun and definitely a must. The house is at the top of a steep hill with the most amazing views. We will be back!!

Absolutely amazing! The home is even better than the photos, we would love to stay here again. Lina and Dora were extremely helpful and informative, even arranging for airport transport and golf cart rentals. The location in the hills was perfect, it was private but a quick cart ride to town to enjoy the restaurants, beach, market and excitement. Thank you!

Villa Violeta was fantastic all around.

I stayed at the villa with 5 girlfriends and it was absolutely perfect for us1 The view is just amazing, house was gorgeous, so many awesome spaces to relax and catch up in. Having a cleaning service everyday made this place feel above and beyond. Would 100% stay here again! Probably my best rental experience yet!

My fiance and I booked this for our wedding weekend and it exceeded expectations. So much so that we did our first look in the house....future brides and grooms out there - you won't be disappointed! It also served as a great space for the bridal party to get hair and makeup done the day of the wedding.

The bed was so comfortable, the cross breeze upstairs was great and the views are the best in Sayulita. The pool temperature was perfection since the air can get a little chilly as soon as the sun goes down. We were able to see a couple of whales during our stay too which was so cool!

Housekeeping was top notch, with fresh towels and clean bedding every day.

Definitely get a good golf cart to get up that hill!! It's part of the adventure and is fun to get to and from town once you're used to it. It's a very quick ride to town (~3-4 minutes depending on your confidence in the cart LOL).

Lina & Dora's communication was outstanding and so quick. Lina put us in contact with an amazing Private Chef (shout-out Nuri!! Nuri and her team are amazing) for a nice family dinner at the house and also put us in touch with a lovely massage therapist (shout-out Raquel!). Golf carts were already there upon arrival, transportation to and from the airport was arranged for us and a bottle of red wine was left on the counter as a nice little touch.

Truly an incredible stay and one we will never forget!

The house and its sunset views were stunning. It was a quiet oasis, but a quick golf cart trip away from the hustle and bustle of Sayulita. Lina and Dora were both extremely communicative and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at Villa Violeta again!!!

My group and I had the privilege of staying at Villa Violeta for 7 nights. This was hands down the best rental accommodation we have stayed at and will certainly be looking to re-rent again in the near future. The pictures really do not do this property justice - newly built, modern furnishings, breath-taking views of the ocean/town/jungle and mountains from both the second-floor and rooftop balconies. The sunsets we enjoyed on the balconies were simply spectacular. The second floor balcony even comes equipped with a BBQ and an outdoor fireplace if you are looking for a quieter night in. There is A/C in every bedroom and the first floor living room, which came equipped with a Smart TV hosting a number of streaming services linked for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances and cookware you would need to cover off every meal (coffee maker, toaster, gas powered stove, oven, etc.) and there is a tap for filtered drinking water attached to the sink. The WiFi worked great and we never had any issues with connecting our devices. The pool was well maintained and a perfect temperature (not too hot, not too cold - this made for some great night swimming and early morning dips). The host and property managers were polite and quick to respond and even arranged private transportation and a golf cart rental service for us ahead of our visit. There is a daily maid service (thank you Perla!) who did a great job not only cleaning up after us but also helped with our laundry - it was a luxury to have our clothes freshened up after some beach days and nights out on the town! In terms of location, a golf cart is needed but our vehicle came well equipped to handle the short trip to-and-from town (approx. a 7-10 minute drive to the main plaza depending how comfortable you are handling a golf cart and factoring in the potential for some traffic). Overall, we would highly recommend to this villa and are looking forward to our next stay!

Wow, what a gem!

Don't pass on the opportunity to stay at Villa Violeta. Lina was excellent in arranging for all of our needs beyond renting the BEAUTIFUL home. After the 1st trip up and down the hill in the golf cart, easy peasy. Family vaca for 6 adults and room for everyone to gather or chill out on one of the 3 floors plus the pool. The town was bustling with activity minutes away from this quiet oasis. If you arrive to late to venture back to town, Rustica delivered one of the best meals we had. New hotel to the right at the bottom of the hill provided for an excellent lunch at MAXA and gorgeous surrounding for a late lunch. ($$$) Thanks Lina and home owners for providing our family with such a wonderful setting and a week of memories.
