If replies to your inquiries have been filtered to a Spam or Junk Mail folder there a few steps you can take to ensure your email server does not recognize these emails as junk mail. It is also important to regularly check your spam and junk folders.
1. Mark as "Not Spam": Go to Junk or Spam folder and select the email inquiry that has been filtered to this folder. Once selected, click "Not Spam" above.
2. Create a "rule" or "filter" that automatically places any email with "SayulitaLife" or "Sayulita" in the subject in your Inbox.
