Karen and her team guided us through every step of the process with grace and patience. They broke the planning down into easy-to-follow stages and were always incredibly responsive, kind, and reassuring—even when we took longer than expected to make decisions. Every single interaction felt personal, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our day perfect.
The venue itself was beyond stunning. The Gran Villa @ Amor Boutique Hotel Sayulita is a hidden gem—breathtakingly beautiful, intimate, and filled with natural charm. The ocean views, the layout, the ambiance… it all felt like something out of a dream. Our guests were blown away.
Every detail of the wedding—from the ceremony layout to the food, drinks, music, and décor—was executed flawlessly. We chose the Mexican buffet and international bar, and the quality was outstanding. Our signature drinks (palomas and margaritas) were a huge hit, and it was such a fun personal touch. Even the little things, like the sound system for our friend who officiated the ceremony and our questions about taxes and extras, were handled thoughtfully and transparently.
Planning a destination wedding could have been overwhelming, but Karen and her team made it feel easy and even enjoyable. We truly felt supported every step of the way, and the result was a day that felt so “us” — full of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
