Artist's house in Sayulita is a colorful, eclectic wonderland! It is perfectly located a short and flat three minute walk from the North beach and very close to the left surf break. There are several good restaurants no more than three blocks from the house and the center of town is six level blocks away. This is the perfect distance to partake in Sayulita's nightlife while still enjoying a quiet night's sleep. There is an off-street parking space for a golf cart. The house is conveniently located next to Hotelito Los Suenos which has daily yoga classes under beautiful open air palapas, high quality massage therapists and a very good daily breakfast buffet.
This lovely house has three levels. The two main levels each have their own kitchens and living spaces as well as a king bedroom suite on each floor. The first floor has a perfect little nook with a twin bed for an older child, teen or single adult to hang out and sleep. A large armoire off the kitchen encloses a flatscreen TV with a Netflix subscription. An upstairs cabinet is loaded with games. There are air conditioning units as well as fans in all bedrooms and living spaces. The house is equipped with high speed fiberoptic internet service for those working abroad.
The second level has a large teak dining table under a huge palapa that is perfect for dinner parties. The third level is accessed via a spiral staircase and leads to an open-air porch with a palapa and lounging beds. Both the second and third levels make for lovely reading, napping or bird watching spots with views of the jungle and ocean. Once you settle into this sweet tropical Mexican home, you won't want to leave.
Artist's House is spacious and can ideally accommodate 5 guests.

Christine, Thank you so much for this lovely review. We really appreciate it and hope you will be back as promised. It is worth contacting me even if the calendar looks booked as it may just be my husband and I occupying the house and we are happy to scoot for return guests.
Many Thanks, Heidi
