This is a lovely open-air one-bedroom villa with an expansive terrace area making it a great venue for yoga retreats, wedding receptions, or events. Palapita Evelyne has one master bedroom en suite, king size, second bathroom on the main floor, huge deck right above the beach, fifty feet from breaking surf, and just a few steps down onto the sand.

The onshore breezes were persistent for several days and made the nights sleep so wonderful with the bedroom windows wide open.
The newly installed glass sliding doors to the patio are beautiful and add security to the home but never did I or have I felt unsafe in Sayulita. Whenever I return I will be contacting Tamara and hoping Palapita Evelyne is available!
I took a surf trip with my buddy for a few days and this was the ideal spot.
Waking up enjoying coffee while looking at the waves was beautiful.
The open air design is beautiful. We had no issues there.
Only request would be a nice cast iron or stainless steel pan as Teflon cookware is eh.
Highly recommend this place as the location is perfect and it’s absolutely beautiful.
