Brooklyn's All Natural in Sayulita was originally started as a homemade fresh food solution for an English Bulldog named Brooklyn in Casa Tortuga in 2013. Brooklyn thrived with the homemade food and soon other dogs tried it as well. We continue to supply the same original recipe along with a few others and many other treats and chews today. We are in different markets from November to April and deliver year-round.
Brooklyn's All Natural in Sayulita makes and delivers fully balanced frozen raw meats, as well as teeth cleaning chews and trainer treats. Everything is made in small batches with only the best human-grade ingredients to ensure quality and freshness

When the delivery window came and went with no word from him, I had to track him down. Only then did he claim he thought the delivery was for the following week, which we had never discussed or agreed upon. He then tried to shift the blame to me, saying he was waiting for a WhatsApp confirmation that he never asked for. It was incredibly frustrating and simply not true.
This put me in a very difficult position. I had just arrived in Sayulita after traveling with my dog and suddenly had no food for him. That first day I had nothing to feed him and the next day I had to scramble to find something suitable on short notice.
The experience was stressful and disappointing. When someone offers a pet-related service, especially through a trusted local site, there is a level of professionalism and follow-through that is expected. Rick did not take responsibility and made no real effort to fix the situation. If he cannot reliably deliver in Sayulita, I do not think he should be listed on SayulitaLife.com. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
