Enjoy your stay at this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom private villa on the quieter North Side of Sayulita. Built to resemble a Balinese villa, it features high ceilings, spacious rooms, and clean, modern lines. Custom woodwork from local artisans throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine and Vitamix blender. Beautiful private gardens with luxurious salt water heated pool. Easy, flat 5-minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the town center. Absolutely no hills to climb on either way to the beach/town or back! High-speed internet and AC throughout.
Big sliding glass doors off the living room open up directly to the pool, offering seamless indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy peace and quiet in your private verdant backyard with pool, gardens, BBQ, and outdoor living room.
For sleeping accomodations, we offer a very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size with an additional single trundle bed. For additional guests, there's also a sofa bed downstairs that unfolds into a double bed, plus a couch.

Lovely with modern conveniences
Irina's home, Casa Buena Surete, is lovely and has all the modern conveniences. As others have mentioned, the pool is wonderful for cooling off due the heat and humidity this time of year. She and her house manager Danny were very helpful and responsive to answering our questions prior to traveling from the US to Mexico. Danny arranged a shuttle for us from the Puerto Vallarta airport to Sayulita which worked out perfectly so no rental car or driving necessary. Irina's home is close to the beach and the town of Sayulita so you can walk everywhere. We recommend this home and would stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable
Beautiful, comfortable home an easy walk into town. Beds are clean and comfortable. 2.5 baths were nice, with a 1/2 bath downstairs and each bedroom was ensuite. Danny the manager was very friendly and helpful. We rented a golf cart with Danny's help, but could have easily walked the whole week we were there. Beautiful new mural near the pool.

Absolutely loved Casa Buena Suerte
We absolutely loved Casa Buena Suerte! The house is one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed in anywhere, and our second one in the northside of Sayulita. It's beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The beds are super comfy, with nice, soft linens, and the rooms have plenty of closet and storage space, so you can unpack and really feel at home. The A/C in every room was a huge bonus! The gorgeous pool is perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun, and while you don't really need a golf cart to get around because the house is so close to everything, it makes moving around in the summer heat much more manageable and fun. The nearby restaurants are great, and the beach is so close, you can't beat the location. Danny, who arranged our airport transfer and golf cart rental, was very helpful, responsive, and friendly! It was a perfect stay all around! We love Sayulita and hope we will be able to stay at Casa Buena Suerte again!

Loved staying at Casa Buena Suerte!
We absolutely loved staying at Casa Buena Suerte. It is such a stunning modern house with high ceilings, beautiful decor, and the most refreshing heated saltwater pool. We lounged for hours in that pool. The beds were very comfortable with elegant linens and pillows. The AC worked great although the rooms were cool enough that we didn’t need air conditioning most of the time. The smart tv with Netflix and Prime was an added bonus for my kids! The house is located in a very nice, more residential part of Sayulita. The house was very quiet, but we were only a couple of blocks away from the white sands of the beaches on the Northside and a quick stroll to shopping and dining. We had a very nice breakfast at Cafe Chaman which is literally a 3-min walk from the house. The property manager was a rock star, very helpful with answering all our questions momentarily and helping us organize transportation to the airport. For sure we will come back and stay at this beautiful house again!

Even better than expected!
The accommodation itself is much bigger than how it looks in the photos, the truth is that it was an extremely pleasant instance in all aspects, the heated pool, not to mention, when you got in, the water felt great. There was very good communication with Irina before booking and with Danny during our stay in general, they are very accessible and friendly. A couple of blocks away you can rent a golf cart, which in itself is the best way to get around in Sayulita, also, near the house you have several options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The truth is that without a doubt we would return to this beautiful house. Thanks for everything.
