Casita Limon at La Villa Buena Vida in Sayulita is a studio vacation rental on the south side of town.The Casita is a quick walk to town and the beach yet far enough removed so you don't get all the noise.
Casita Limon is a traditionally decorated studio on the second floor, overlooking the private, gated courtyard and pool. It is a studio unit with small appliance counter and fridge. The studio has 2 twins that can be made into a king and a private bathroom. You'll sleep comfortable in air conditioning and under a ceiling fan. WiFi is provided as well as a safe for your valuables. Beach towels and bath towels will also be provided to you.
Casita Limon is available to rent by the day (4-night minimum) or by the week. Monthly rates are available during May-October. Maid service provided.
The Villa, an easy five-minute walk to the town plaza and a 6-minute walk to the beach, is entered through an artfully-designed courtyard laden with palm trees and lush tropical foliage and flowers.
The charming courtyard features a swimming pool, poolside patio, shade trees, and a covered entertaining area with barbecue, sink, and dining tables. Free WiFi internet is also available anywhere on the property.
If you are in need of more space, La ViIla Buena Vida consists of 5 traditionally decorated units which can be rented individually or the entire complex can be rented for a large group, with six bedrooms in total. Additionally, there are three 1 Bedroom casitas and one 2 Bedroom casita, which can accommodate groups of up to 15 guests in 6 bedrooms when the entire complex is rented. Total sq. feet approx. 2655,1 bedroom 530 sq ft., 2 bedroom 775 and studio 290 sq ft. Perfect for wedding parties, bachelorette parties, business and yoga retreats and family reunions. To make a reservation 50% of the total amount is due, which is refundable except for a 15% administration fee and any transfer costs incurred. 45 days before check in, the remaining 50% is due. At this time, the total rental amount becomes non-refundable, unless we can find someone to re-rent for the dates reserved (except for 15% administration fee and any transfer costs). We accept payment through Paypal, using your debit or credit card.

Our casita was very comfortable and immaculate. The bed mattress is divine!
Kitchen nicely equipped.
Grounds and patio are lovely and there is a fresh water pool.
Location is perfect..private yet close to downtown , restaurants and beaches.
We are looking forward to returning next year.
