There are three 1 Bedroom casitas, one Studio casita and one 2 Bedroom casita, which can accommodate groups of up to 15 guests in 6 bedrooms when the entire complex is rented. Total sq. feet apprx. 2655,1bedroom 530 sq ft., 2 bedroom 775 and studio 290 sq ft. Perfect for wedding parties, bachlorette parties, business and yoga retreats and family reunions. Located on the quieter south side of town, La ViIla Buena Vida, a two-story villa which contains five family-friendly casitas is the perfect location for a large family or group. Seasonal Rates vary. Please view the Pricing details tab.
Each casita has its own sitting area overlooking the private, gated courtyard and pool. Each unit has a safe for your valuables. Facing the courtyard on the bottom floor are Casitas Piña (2 bedroom) and Casita Papaya. Upstairs you find the Casitas Naranja, Limón (Studio) and Mango.
One Bedroom Casitas: Papaya, Naranja
There are 3 one-bedroom units. These casitas have queen size beds, a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter, and a sitting area with a daybed and couch. All have decoratively-tiled bathrooms with showers.
Two Bedroom Casita: Piña
This Casita has 2 bedrooms with full kitchen and breakfast counter. The 2-bedroom casita has a queen bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the second room each has a private bathroom.
Studio Casita : Limón
One studio unit with small appliance counter and fridge. The studio has 2 twins that can be made into a king and a private bathroom.
All rooms have ceiling fans, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. All units, except the studio, have a daybed in the living room for additional guests. Beach towels and bath towels provided.
The Villa, an easy five-minute walk to the town plaza and a 6-minute walk to the beach, is entered through an artfully-designed courtyard laden with palm trees and lush tropical foliage and flowers.
The charming courtyard features a swimming pool, poolside patio, shade trees, and a covered entertaining area with barbecue, sink, and dining tables. Free wifi internet is also available anywhere on the property.
La Villa Buena Vida is available to rent by the day (4-night minimum) or by the week. Monthly rates are available during May-October. Maid service provided.

La Villa Buena Vida is available to rent by the night (4-day minimum) or by the week. Linens and maid service included. Maid service every 4 days in the casitas and every day in the courtyard.

To make a reservation 50% of the total amount is due, which is refundable except for a 15% administration fee and any transfer costs incurred. 45 days before check in, the remaining 50% is due. At this time, the total rental amount becomes non-refundable, unless we can find someone to re-rent for the dates reserved (except for 15% administration fee and any transfer costs). We accept payment through Paypal, using your debit or credit card.

I am very sorry to read that you felt you had to defend your integrity while we dealt with what happened over the last few days of your vacation. That was never our intention. It was a very difficult situation for all of the parties involved as has never happened to us before. As soon as we heard that you were missing some money we took all of the appropriate steps to investigate what could have happened, the most important being an audit of the safe with a professional. Through this we discovered that the safe had not been tampered with, nor opened in any other way aside from the code which you had inputted into the system. The final step in the investigation would have been to go to the police to report the robbery which you decided you did not want to do. We compensated you the amount of money you had originally said you were missing. A couple days after you had reported the missing money you a different amount was missing from what you had originally stated. Since this event we have changed all the locks on the house, we are installing a camera surveillance system and changing the safes. We did not and do not take this event lightly and are doing everything to ensure something like this doesn\'t happen again.
