Low Season 2026 (generally May 1 to October 30): US $630 per night for the Main House only, and $760 per night for the Main House & Casita
Early Mid Season 2026 (generally January 2 to February 28): US $675 per night for the Main House only, and $810 per night for the Main House & Casita.
Late Mid Season 2026 (generally November 3 to December 15): US $710 per night for the Main House only, and $845 per night for the Main House & Casita.
High Season 2026 (generally March 1 to April 30): US $ 700 per night for the Main House only, and $840 per night for the Main House & Casita.
Holidays (minimum of 6 nights) for 2026: US $830 per night for the Main House only, and $940 per night for the Main House & Casita.
Holidays include US Presidents week, US Spring Break (mid March), week before and after Easter, Dia de Muertos (5 days ending November 3), US Thanksgiving (week including 3rd Thursday of November), Christmas / New Years (about December 16 to January 4).
$1,000 refundable security deposit. Refunded, if any, 30 days after departure.
50% required for confirmation of reservation if more than 30 days before arrival. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require 100% payment, including refundable security deposit.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellation made in the last 30 days before arrival.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made in the last 14 days before arrival.
PAYMENT METHODS Zelle - transfer (preferred); Venmo - transfer; PayPal - friends and family transfer. ALL reservations will require copy of government ID with photo and home address to verify identity. In addition, a brief written contract is provided that details dates, prices, refundable security deposit, taxes, house rules and cancelation policies. Casa Buena Vista in Sayulita is a breathtaking ocean-view retreat perched on Gringo Hill, just a 7–10 minute walk to the main beach and the lively town center filled with restaurants, bars, boutiques, and cafés. This beautifully designed, non-smoking property blends traditional Mexican charm with modern comforts and offers sweeping views from most of its outdoor living spaces.
The full property includes the 3-bedroom main house plus a private 2-bedroom Casita, making it ideal for families, multi-generational groups, or friends traveling together. With 5 bedrooms and 5½ baths, Casa Buena Vista comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and a bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top).
Outdoor living is a true highlight. Guests can relax by the infinity pool with built-in loungers, enjoy cocktails at the pool bar, grill at the BBQ, gather around the fire pit, or unwind in one of several lounge and dining areas. A hammock lounge, outdoor shower, and multiple palapa-covered terraces provide endless spots to take in the ocean breeze and Sayulita sunsets.
The main house features an open-concept kitchen, dining, living, and entertainment area that flows seamlessly to a full-length palapa-covered terrace via folding glass doors. This space is fully air-conditioned and designed for easy indoor-outdoor living. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, and a private chef can be arranged for an authentic Mexican dining experience (additional cost).
The main house bedrooms include:
• Bedroom 1: Two queen beds, private bath, and pool-area access (ideal for kids or shared sleeping)
• Bedroom 2: One queen bed, ensuite bath, and hammock lounge overlooking the pool
• Bedroom 3 (Primary Suite): One king bed, soaking tub, private bath, and balcony with panoramic ocean and town views
The private Casita adds two more bedrooms and extra living space:
• Bedroom 4: King bed, A/C, ceiling fan, and shared patio
• Bedroom 5: Bunk bed (queen + twin), A/C, ceiling fan, and shared patio
• Casita includes a living area, small kitchen, two full baths, and a pool-view patio with a dining table
Casa Buena Vista offers WiFi throughout, individual air-conditioning units and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and off-street parking for up to two vehicles or golf carts. The home does not have TVs, encouraging guests to unplug and fully enjoy the Sayulita lifestyle, though streaming is possible on personal devices via WiFi. Housekeeping is provided every other day (except Sundays), including light cleaning, linen and towel changes, and trash removal. Pool service and garden maintenance are also included to keep the property in pristine condition throughout your stay.
Casa Buena Vista is close enough to town and the beach that most guests prefer to walk, though a car or golf cart may be used if desired.

Groups of 8 or fewer may rent only the main house at a reduced rate. Groups of 9–12 have access to both the main house and Casita.
