Description
Casa Juanita in Sayulita is a recently fully renovated, comfortable, and convenient vacation rental in the heart of the village. This family-owned home is just two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Its off-street design ensures a quiet stay and a good night’s sleep.
Owned and managed by Javier Rodriguez Ramos, Casa Juanita offers great value and a chance to experience the local culture that most tourists miss.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, satellite TV (accommodates 2)
- Second Bedroom: Two twin beds that can be joined into a king (accommodates 2)
- Third Bedroom: Full bed (accommodates 2–3)
Casa Juanita can host up to 7 guests. You can rent the entire house or just one or two bedrooms—your privacy is always guaranteed. For individual room rates, please contact us directly.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the living room is cozy and welcoming. Outside, a private patio with tropical plants, seating, and an umbrella is perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying the Sayulita afternoons.

Stunning rental with AMAZING location!
Words can not describe how beautiful this place was. I was not expecting it to be so great! It was super cute & had the most AMAZING location. The housekeeper came everyday and cleaned the place from top to bottom. She was great! The decor was absolutely adorable. The home was so comfortable, cool and had a nice patio. There was good internet, cable, a/c, washer and dryer. They also had beach chairs, umbrellas and body boards for your days at the beach. And talk about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. It was right in town, next to restaurants, shops, bars and close to the beach. We were there for a destination wedding and had a ton of family and friends in town, they all at one time or another ended up stopping in our place and every one was asking how we got this place, like we won the prize! A lot of the rentals and hotels are up a steep hill, so they were very jealous that we didn't have to trek up that and we were a block or two away from it all. If you are able to rent this place, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely traditional home in a great location
The manager Javier was always responsive by email before arrival and responded quickly by text after we arrived. He met us arrival and showed us around the property. Each of the three bedrooms had an A/C unit, comfortable beds and a safe to use. The two bathrooms as well as the kitchen were well equipped and the property was spotless. There is a living room and outdoor area as well. This property is located right in town, conveniently located and relatively quiet. The daily maid service is an added bonus. They even provided beach towels as well as bath towels. I would definitely stay there again

Wonderful accommodations with true Mexican style
We stayed here for a week. Beds are super comfy, stocked very well. Lilly came in everyday to do cleaning we expected clean towels and garbage removed what we got was top to bottom cleaning. Very authentic Mexican Casa. We will stay here again and again. Plenty of room for for 6 people and location is outstanding. Beach is minutes away and restaurants outside your door.

The ambience was so perfect for a relaxing, but fun weekend
It was great being right next to the restaurants and shops and a two block 5 minute walk to the beach. Loved having the kitchen amenities and the cleaners were friendly and very helpful. We appreciated the insight on the town from the manager and it was very easy to check in and out based on our flights. Having an out door back seating area and an indoor living room, plus large kitchen table was ideal for a group.

Javier saved our trip!
After a subpar experience with a different location (through airbnb), we found Casa Juanita and phoned Javier who within 5 minutes showed us his apartment as asked if we wanted to stay. It was lovely! Right downtown, spacious, clean and quiet. It is a fantastic value for the space. Highly recommended!
