Casa Nova 2 in Sayulita, is a brand-new fully secure 2 bedroom haven (king size beds) in a 3 unit dwelling that boasts 1200 square feet of modern comfort, featuring a spacious 600-square-foot covered deck and a private saltwater pool and lounge area. Situated a mere 50 meters from Sayulitas North Beach and just 10 meters from the jungle path leading to the Malpasos Beach hike, Casa Nova 2 offers the perfect blend of coastal bliss and jungle serenity. Enjoy a leisurely 1-kilometre beachfront stroll to the town square and heart of Sayulita.
The space features a full kitchen (except oven) with filtered water throughout the entire house. Brand new modern amenities with excellent WIFI, premium-quality decor, black-out blinds for undisturbed relaxation, and sliding doors that seamlessly connect the indoor space to the lush garden, outdoor shower, and private pool.
This is the quiet end of the beach a short stroll to the 15 minute hike to the perch overlooking Lover's Beach and the 1 km long empty Mal Paso beach between Sayulita and San Pancho. Grab the supplied beach chairs and umbrella as its a great place for reading a book and sunbathing. Parking available for vehicle or golf cart; with plug in.

A piece of heaven
Scott and Sue Ann created a little piece of heaven in Sayulita. Every detail of the modern appartment has been though out in great detail. Beautiful architecture, high ceilings, gorgeous woodwork and metal work combined a smorgasbord of delight for the eyes.
I’m an interior decorator and no detail was missed. The rooms are very spacious, beds huge and very comfortable. The bathrooms are gorgeous, large with a vis and her sink, beautiful walls and a huge walk in shower.
The shower products are beautifully smelling and left my skin soft.
The piece de La resistance is the outside terrace with the most comfortable loungers, hammock and beautiful slab of wood table.
We spent many morning lazing around doing “far Niente” and being captivated by the sea, whales and beautiful nature around.
We didn’t use the kitchen much but it is fully equipped and the inside living room is also beautifully furnished. I love that they’ve used local artists for everything. The beauty and attention they have paid to everything is palpable.
The beach is a short walk down a steep hill and the delightful turtle sanctuary is right there. A must see at 5.30- 6 pm. Numerous beautiful jungle walks just across the property and loads of charming restaurants nearby.
We used their suggestions of a transfer in by the company they use which was super easy and less stressful than trying to arrange it ourselves. Booked a golf cart to get around town in & went for a sunset horse ride which was stunning.
This was one of the most relaxing weeks we have spent in a while. Do not hesitate to book this, it is incredible!

My wife and I stayed at Casa Nova 2 for a week, and had my sister-in-law and her daughter also stay with us. The place is very modern, clean, beautifully laid out and within 2 minutes walking from a most amazing beach. We mostly walked to town along the beach (15/20 min walk), but most tourists seem to rent golf carts (Sayulita streets can be a bit clogged with the zipping carts. Luckily, we saw no accidents).

Beautiful!
We loved our time at Casa Nova 2. The place is just as advertised and the covered deck is even better than the pictures suggest. We spent hours laying in the comfy loungers just enjoying the views and sounds of the waves crashing. While quite steep, my husband and I loved walking to town and taking in all that was going on; however, I do suggest a golf cart if you aren't used to climbing hills or just don't feel like walking. What a fun and vibrant town!

Absolutely Amazing!!!
I brought my 2 teenage sons to Sayulita for 5 nights to celebrate graduation, and could not have had a more perfect experience at Casa Nova 2!! The breathtaking ocean views from everywhere inside the condo, especially sunset in the hammock over the dipping pool are beyond magical!
The condo itself is beautifully decorated and affords every comfort and thoughtful detail, including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, yoga mats, games, books, toaster & blender, plenty of dishes for cooking, filtered water, and on and on!
Jewel was amazingly responsive and accommodating and the owners answered all of our questions with super helpful tips on transportation from the airport, renting a golf cart and things to do in the area!!
The more secluded beachfront that awaits just steps from the front door was perfect for our daily ocean swims and the paddle boards we rented when we wanted a break from the action of main beach. There is also an amazing jungle hike just steps from the door that brings you to a pristine, secluded beach a bit further north. Worth every step!
Endless options in town for coffee, cocktails, amazing food and entertainment! Never a dull moment, unless that is what you seek!
We could have stayed forever!

Best spot in Sayulita
I stayed in Casa Nova 2 for a week and it was incredible. Breathtaking floor to ceiling glass doors, view of the ocean, and cool saltwater pool. Each bedroom has its own ensuite. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher! Felt like living in luxury in the nicest part of Sayulita, steps from the beach! 10/10 recommended.
