Great service

We had Nestor as our driver for a work event for the week. We had multiple trips between the airport and various locations throughout Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, San Pancho, etc. Nestor was on time and reliable with a clean car and cold drinks. He was always accommodating and spoke english. It made our trip a lot easier and hassle free. Very well worth it.

Do not book for large parties

I'm sure for one car/van or a small group, they're fine. But DO NOT book for multiple groups/large trips. We used Cielo for my wedding and they promised us it would be no problem to transport ~100 guests from Sayulita to the venue. We paid them a very substantial amount, created spreadsheets with groups, addresses, phone numbers, timelines, etc. I am VERY organized and every group knew exactly where to be and when. They were ready. On the day of the wedding, they were over an hour late to pick up guests and 7 of my closest friends missed my ceremony. It is so sad that my guests traveled 6+ hours by plane and then missed the actual wedding. Cielo was non-responsive and rude when people tried to call them frantically asking where they were and if they should get their own taxi. They YELLED at one of my guests. On top of that, on the return, the drivers were unprofessional, got so lost, and it was as if they had ZERO clue where they were going. One van almost drove off the side of the road and my guests were terrified. They blamed everyone else for being 1 hour + late. Sayulita traffic, etc. They took no responsibility. Even afterwards when I complained, they were very rude and non apologetic. Biggest regret of my wedding weekend. Definitely beware...
