Casa Coco Lower Unit in Sayulita is a gorgeous ocean view studio apartment, four years new. This uniquely crafted studio was custom designed and built, with artistic details and accents throughout. It is colorful, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. Located in a quiet north beach residential neighborhood of lovely homes, the house sits 100 feet above the beach.
It takes approx. three minutes to walk to the beach, and a ten minute stroll to the main plaza. It includes once weekly maid service, drinking water, wireless internet, wall safe for your valuables, gas grill, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. It offers high quality bed linens, towels, and feather pillows. There is an enormous water holding tank, so there are never any concerns about running out of water when the town is having water pumping problems. As well there is an on-demand hot water system in place - so lots of hot water any time you need it. The bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.The property is owner managed and very secure.
The lower one bedroom studio has a queen size bed, fully furnished kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, hot plate, toaster oven, etc. There is plenty of storage and a small desk area. The bathroom is large, colorful and features custom tile work throughout. The outside patio is under a palapa roof, with comfortable lounge chairs and a dining area, as well as a partial ocean view. Both units are very private and separated from each other.
There is also a one bedroom upper home and a Garden Studio on the property that can be rented separately or together with the main home as a 3 bedroom unit.
Golf Cart available for rent upon request. First come first serve.

LOWER STUDIO FLOOR PRICING: High Season (Nov 1 - May 15 $100/night, Low Season (May 15 - Oct 31 $65/night) & Christmas and Thanksgiving $125/night

$40 damage insurance and $35 cleaning fee is charged for each reservation.
In the event of a cancellation, the owner will make every attempt to re-rent the unit(s) for reserved dates, in which case a refund will be issued minus any credit card processing fees and/or commissions incurred by owner (including any fees for processing the refund to a credit card), minus a $50 (USD) administration fee. If any of the canceled days cannot be re-rented, the full booking amount for those days will be deducted from any refund due. If any canceled days are re-rented at a rate lower than what was paid for the canceled days, the difference will also be deducted from any refund due. The owner may consider a credit towards a future stay at his/her discretion. Any security deposit already paid will be fully refunded.

Only drawback (which we expected) was the walk to town /beach is a little steep. We decided not to rent a golf cart so we got many steps in on our week vacation.
We have been to Sayulita many times and have always stayed downtown, I must say we were VERY happy with the peace and quiet of the Northside location.
A short walk to the center of town but lots to see and do along the way as well.
It was like living in a tree fort with the most perfect sunsets ever!
You could hear the ocean ( especially at night) from the balcony/ room.
We would definitely book again!
Can't wait to return.
