Casa Coco Upper Unit in Sayulita is a gorgeous ocean view one bedroom home, four years new. This uniquely crafted home was custom designed and built, with artistic details and accents throughout. It is colorful, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. Located in a quiet north beach residential neighborhood of lovely homes, the house sits 100 feet above the beach.
It takes approx. three minutes to walk to the beach, and a ten minute stroll to the main plaza. It includes once weekly maid service, drinking water, wireless internet, wall safe for your valuables, gas grill, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. It offers high quality bed linens, towels, and feather pillows. There is an enormous water holding tank, so there are never any concerns about running out of water when the town is having water pumping problems. As well there is an on-demand hot water system in place - so lots of hot water any time you need it. The bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.The property is owner managed and very secure.
As you enter the main house one bedroom upper unit, you are immediately awed by the expansive ocean view. The living and dining room are together under a palapa roof. The bedroom has ample storage, and a king size bed. The large bathroom includes a closet, custom hand painted tile work throughout, a copper sink, and features an oversize circular shower. Off of the kitchen is a den with a comfortable wrap around sofa (which makes a very nice bed for one adult or two children), as well as a television, DVD player, and a good selection of DVDs. The kitchen is fully furnished with all stainless appliances, and all the amenities of a gourmet kitchen.There are amazing ocean views from lying in bed, to washing dishes, to relaxing under the palapa roof in the open air living room/dining room area.
There is also a one bedroom lower studio and a Garden Studio on the property that can be rented separately or together with the main home as a 3 bedroom unit.
Golf Cart available for rent upon request. First come first serve.

Three night minimum stay required for low season. Four night minimum stay required for high season. 5 nights minimum stay required for Holiday weeks.
PRICING: High Season (Nov 1 - May 15 $144/night, Low Season (May 15 - Oct 31 $100/night) & Christmas and Thanksgiving $250/night.

$40 damage insurance and $35 cleaning fee is charged for each reservation.
In the event of a cancellation, the owner will make every attempt to re-rent the unit(s) for reserved dates, in which case a refund will be issued minus any credit card processing fees and/or commissions incurred by owner (including any fees for processing the refund to a credit card), minus a $50 (USD) administration fee. If any of the canceled days cannot be re-rented, the full booking amount for those days will be deducted from any refund due. If any canceled days are re-rented at a rate lower than what was paid for the canceled days, the difference will also be deducted from any refund due. The owner may consider a credit towards a future stay at his/her discretion. Any security deposit already paid will be fully refunded.

There was a small glitch with the internet, but cell reception is strong and we were able to use our phones as a hot spot and didn't miss a beat. And communication about check-in and the wifi was very fast and helpful.
