Casa Gardenia in Sayulita is perched high above the village on Nanzal Hill, with 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean. Imagine watching a breathtaking sunset from every room in the casa and listening to the soft crash of the waves along the sand. This will be the most relaxing Mexican vacation you can imagine! Casa Gardenia offers 5 star amenities in your own private villa, which is so much more enjoyable than a hotel.
With upscale features and amenities including two air conditioned king sized bedroom suites, both with ocean views and private baths; there are Serta pillow-top mattresses on each bed. Accommodations for 4 people in beds, 6 total with sofas. Beds boast luxurious cotton bedding and quality bathroom linens.
The bathrooms boast beautiful marble counters, gorgeous showers - one with ocean view, one with jungle view. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances includes gas range, oven, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator and garbage disposal. Spacious open concept in A/C living and dining room with a 47" plasma TV with surround sound in living room with SKY sattelite. Dining room seats 8 people and there is a wrap around bar in kitchen that will seat four on barstools. The CUBY Aria wall devices installed in the casa turn the air conditioners on/off and are programmed to turn off the ACs if doors or windows are left open, or if there is no activity in the respective room for over an hour. Please be aware that motion sensors (NOT CAMERAS) in the bedrooms and living room are utilized to signal to the air conditioners to turn off after a certain amount of time, if no movement in the respective area is detected.

Cancellations within 60 - 31 days of arrival will result in a 100% refund, provided that the canceled dates are re-booked. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in a 50% refund. It was quiet up on Nanzal Hill and though the hill is steep, we navigated it by foot a few days. We also rented the owner's Jeep which was wonderful for getting around town and exploring the areas outside of Sayulita.
The property is very well cared for by Rene, the property manager, and his team. Rene was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions about the house and local recommendations. It was great to have use of the washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen as well. We hired a chef 2 nights and she had an easy time preparing wonderful meals in the space.
The only problem is that this is now the only place we want to stay in Sayulita! Thanks for everything Rebecca, Tom & Rene.

Sayulita is such an enjoyable town for our family. The ocean has a soft sandy bottom with a great surf break and is the temperature of bath water in the summer and still comfortable in the winter. The local food is fabulous- chiles en nogada, fresh tuna on beautiful greens with grapefruit vinaigrette and bright red tomatoes, amazing shrimp green curry, of course street tacos. I could go on-find out for yourself! Tom and Rebecca left a great summary of local restaurants to visit!
I would 100% recommend visiting Sayulita and Casa Gardenia will give you the unforgettable local experience you're looking for.
