Built with a blend of traditional and contemporary Mexican design, Casa Higuera features palapa roofs, Spanish arches, vaulted ceilings, and hand-painted Talavera tiles. The décor celebrates Mexico’s artistry, with hand-woven textiles and crafts collected from across the country.
From the moment you enter, panoramic views of the ocean, beach, and village unfold before you. The entire front of the home opens through sliding glass doors onto a 45-foot ocean-view terrace, inviting seamless indoor-outdoor living. The spacious Mexican kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, and guests can dine under the palapa or enjoy cozy meals in the indoor dining area.
Each bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the living room’s comfortable sofas can accommodate additional guests (ideal for children). A shaded tropical courtyard beneath a 400-year-old higuera tree adds charm and calm to the space.
Guests enjoy access to the UV-filtered pool set within lush gardens and a private beach area with lounge chairs and food and drink service from The Dock, the property’s sister beachfront restaurant.
