Come flow, breathe and release while surrounded by the magical beauty of Sayulita! Private and small group classes are offered in the comfort of your own home or hotel, or on Jenn’s beautiful private terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean. She also hosts sunset yoga and wine experiences - perfect for date night, weddings, girls’ trips or bachelorette parties!
Jenn is a former NYC-based yoga instructor who decided to take a pause from hectic city life and a demanding career in advertising to wander through Mexico, pursuing her passion for teaching yoga, while connecting more deeply to nature and self.
While traveling, she has discovered that one of the most beautiful things about the practice of yoga is how universal it is. It is such a joy to teach a class of students from all over the world, all with different worldviews, experiences and native languages, who are all connected in that they come to their mats for similar reasons—to find quiet, clarity, release, strength, and ultimately, union with community and self. That’s the magic of yoga as a teacher and as a lifelong student and she loves to share it with others.
Whether you want to move with your breath and get a little sweaty with a fiery vinyasa flow, or are looking to relax and rejuvenate with a more gentle practice, Jenn will guide you through your experience safely, with a spirit of loving playfulness.

Jenn completed her 200-hour teacher training at Five Pillars Yoga and her 300-hour advanced training at Yogamaya, both in New York City, in addition to supplemental training in the chakras, Ayurveda and sequencing. She is also a certified stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga instructor and loves sharing the magic of practicing yoga on the water with students of all levels. When practicing with Jenn, you will experience classes that are rooted in the yogic idea of "sthira sukham asanam," which aims to find the balance between effort and ease. Expect flows that are powerful yet fluid and fun, with an emphasis on breath to fuel the movement and foster mind-body connection.
