"I have been baking fancy cakes and appetizers for over 30 years! They are my favorite things to make (and to eat)!
I have catered small private dinner parties, given small cooking classes, and made cakes and appetizers for private cocktail parties, birthdays, anniversaries etc.
My commitment is to use only the BEST ingredients, the best recipes and of course since we EAT with our eyes first, I always make everything beautiful to look at!
The wonderful cakes: Creamy Cheesecakes; Chocolate or white cakes; Fruit Tartes; a favorite of many, light airy Shmoo Cake; and of course Carrot Cake!
The appies I love to make: Olive Yumyums; Mushroom Goat Cheese Galettes, Rosemary and Cracked Pepper Baguettes; Olive Tapenade; Mushroom Cheese Rolls; Flakey Cinnamon rolls; and many others... so delicious!"
