Los Delfines – Private Beachfront Villas in Sayulita, Mexico

Wake up steps from the sand on the quiet, north end of Sayulita. Los Delfines is a private beachfront complex of spacious villas, perfectly positioned between the calm Pacific and the lively energy of town—just a relaxed 10-minute walk away.

The complex itself feels like a tropical retreat: two large swimming pools, barbecue areas, and lush gardens create a peaceful setting just behind the beach. Private, secure parking is included for every guest.

Each villa is designed with an open, airy layout that invites the ocean breeze inside all day. On warmer days, air conditioning and fans keep everything comfortable. Every villa features its own private palapa terrace with a large dining table for outdoor meals, a fully equipped kitchen if you’d rather cook, and a private washer and dryer. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available whenever you want to settle in by the water.

Brisa del Mar

Brisa del Mar sits on the oceanfront with private jacuzzi dipping pool, beautiful views from the living room, bedroom and patio. It is newly remodeled with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with comfortable built-in sofas and a fully equipped kitchen with tables inside and out. Step outside the door onto a furnished palapa patio to enjoy the ocean view and a brand-new dipping pool. Enjoy unobstructed ocean and beach views while relaxing in our beautiful dipping pool. This villa truly has it all.

Rosalera

Rosalera is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on the bottom level of a duplex. Step right out the front door onto the beautiful pool. It sits slightly further back on the property and is just a quick minute walk to the beach. The villa is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, AC's and filtered water throughout the house, and private palapa patio with an outdoor shower.

Casa Bella Ola 1

Casa Bella Ola 1 is an independent one-bedroom on the first floor of oceanfront home Casa Bella Ola, just off the garden. It comes equipped with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. A fully equipped open kitchen with a high wall of windows lets in the ocean breeze and is great for preparing meals at home. There is also a living room and dining area with a small outside terrace overlooking the sea. The perfect place for morning coffee or tea.

Casa Bella Ola 2

Casa Bella Ola 2 sits oceanfront and offers amazing 180 degree views of the ocean, beach and charming Mexican tile rooftops, with tall coconut palm trees to offer an ocean breeze. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views and a private roof terrace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a built-in single bed, and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom consists of two single beds that can be made up together to make a king, also with ensuite bath. Not suitable for young children.

Sierra Azul

Sierra Azul sits poolside and can be accessed through a secure gate that leads you up the stairs to the front door. Sierra Azul is newly remodeled 2.5 bedrooms, a den with an individual bed and 1/2 bath. The villa on the upper level of a duplex with its own private pool and filtered water througout the house. Each of the two bedrooms is a master bedroom with a king-size bed (or split into twins) and ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy beautiful ocean & palm views from the kitchen, living room, and wrap-around deck. There is ample seating between the large built-in sofas in the living room, dining table, and built-in sofas on the outdoor deck. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make & enjoy meals at home.

Copa de Oro

Copa de Oro is a spacious 2,400 sq ft, three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa in the Los Delfines beachfront complex on Sayulita's quiet north side, just seconds from the beach. Two master suites each have a king bed and private bath, one with a small child's bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds, with a bathroom across the hall. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the home sleeps up to 8. The living room opens onto a palapa-covered patio with a hammock, dining area, and BBQ, steps from one of two shared pools.
