Fonatur Releases Conceptual Plan for Plaza Litibu

Fonatur has released some conceptual plans for the plaza portion of Resort Litibu on the outskirts of Higuera Blanca, Nayarit. This area is about 10 miles south of Sayulita. They are highlighting 4 boutique super-upscale hotels with a large lake between the hotels and the ocean that has walking bridges.

There is an extensive shopping center, restuarants etc. It says that the beach will be open and public with a modern malecon including bike trails, etc. There will also be a large parkign facility.

The sketches look quite impressive - time will tell!
