Casa Norte Estate in Sayulita has a great one level design making it one of the nicest villas in Sayulita when it comes to amenities.  This north side three bedroom, two bath villa has a detached one-bedroom, one-bath guest house also located on the property that provides for a perfect getaway and room for extra guests. 

Casa Norte Estate's amenities include being close to town yet in a quiet neighborhood, a large swimming pool, outdoor living spaces with a fan equipped palapa for entertaining quests, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and clean furniture, A/C in every room, spacious bathrooms with luxury linens, a washer and dryer for your convenience,  and an excellent housekeeper to tidy up for you, Casa Norte will provide you with the complete Sayulita experience.

The location is less than one block from the beach, just north of the left surf break. This is a very quiet neighborhood with other elegant villas and vacation rental properties. Enter through two large gates which provide secure parking should you need it. The gates open up to the beautiful garden and pool area equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a large step in the pool to keep you cool. The grassy lawn is highlighted with lush tropical plants and flowers. If you are lucky, you might even be able to eat bananas directly from our trees. Being so close to the village and no hills mean you don't need a golf cart or rental car during your stay, as it is an easy walk to everything.

The large outdoor palapa-covered living/dining area is big enough to easily accommodate every member of your group. Strategically placed fans ensure constant fresh air throughout the day and nights. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary equipment to prepare lavish meals or freshly caught fish. For an additional fee, a private chef can be provided.

The master bedroom in the main house is spacious and bright due to the door that opens to the garden and pool and contains a comfortable king size bed with luxury linens. You will enjoy the beautiful, large private bath with dual shower heads and plenty of room for your belongings. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience as well as a hairdryer. 

The two guest bedrooms are traditional in size and have a king sized bed in one and 2 singles in the other (which can be converted into another king), luxury linens and a shared spacious guest bath. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer are provided for your guest's convenience. 

The 2nd story guesthouse is separate from the main house and has big sliding doors to the views of the garden and pool. It provides a queen sized bed and private bathroom.

Casa Norte Estate sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE.
