Sweet Casita, Lovely Setting
My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the casita and loved it. Property us beautiful, far enough away from the noise of traffic and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves. Casita is very sweet, clean and comfortable. We basically had the pool to ourselves and enjoyed sitting in the private patio.
Love this place!

Quiet and comfortable
This accommodation is on the north side of Saylulita. We had only stayed on the south but loved this place. It was so quiet and only about a 5 min walk to restaurants that were awesome - great food and lower prices than the south end. The beach was less than 5 min walk - just across the road.

The bed was so comfortable and there were enough fans to keep us cool at night.

Lovely bathroom. Refreshing,cool pool.

The best part was how quiet the beach was further north. 5 min walk to the closest bar (best Margarita was at the Sayulita trailer park and bungalows) but fewer vendors and people.

it was the experience we wanted to have
Casita La Palmita was exactly the type of vacation housing we wanted. The place was very clean, comfortable, charming and soothing. Thatched grass roof and smooth curvy walls, beautiful tile work. We were lulled to sleep by the sweet sound of geckos chirping.

We didn't plan on cooking much so the two burner electric stove was perfect for making tea in the morning. We sat on the patio or out by the pool and enjoyed trying to spot the iguanas up in the trees above.

The casita was a 3 minute walk to the beach and an easy 10 minus walk into town. Perfectly locate, no need for a golf cart. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The only downside was that I maybe could have used mosquito netting. there was a pole above the bed for it but we were told there wasn't a lot a mosquitos at this time of year (November). I am sensitive to them and got quite bit up but it never occurred to me to ask for netting until our last day there. I am sure if I had they would have provided it. I really consider that on us not them.

Thank you for hosting us, this was our first time in Sayulia and we throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Sayulita Regulars
We stayed in Palmita and Palmas in Feb 2018 for 2 weeks. Overall it was a good stay, the only problem was the iguana's. They fell every day down to the pool area and on our deck. My friend could not use the side deck in Palmita as the iguana's fell near her all the time. They are fairly large. We were in the upper Casa and the deck was a mess every day! The droppings were terrible and smelly. The positives were the location, the managers and Sylvia the house cleaner. They were always around if we needed them. Bulbs were burnt out on the stairway and they changed them when we asked. The stairs were a little rough going up in the dark but we managed. It was so nice to sit and listen to the ocean in the evenings and the morning. (hope nothing fell on us) The pool was really nice too. it was a 15 minute walk to town and as usual lot's going on in Sayulita. We had a rental car and parking was great! We would stay again!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!
I fell in love with Sayulita, the people, the dogs and even (some of the dust). Our accommodations held on to the flavor of Mexico and the daily visits of the iguanas were very special. It is definitely hard to be home after such beautiful weather, the time on the beach everyday and all around joy.

Tropical casita, great pool, paradise found!
We absolutely loved your casita! All the little beautiful touches were so appreciated! All the tiling, colours, Windows, the palapa. The quiet and private patio, the sound of the ocean, surrounded by the wonderful gardens. We would definitely return. The book you left behind was very helpful too. We didn't see Silvia however we followed your tipping guidelines as well. We lost the little tag on the key and replaced it with a little beaded gecko. Sara

We had a fantastic stay!
Everything was clean and well-cared for. The few minor problems we had were not the fault of the owners or manager (the electricity went out for a day, but this can happen in Mexico), and they were dealt with promptly. There were even flowers on the table when we arrived. We would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful casita, paradise-like setting
Great little casita, though it's good to be prepared for the very rustic surroundings of dusty dirt-roads leading to the house and all around town, really. The house itself is modest but we were very impressed by the tastefulness of everything, down to the wood-handled silverware, locally made pottery for dishes and nice towels. The kitchenette is small and basic. The few things we were lacking were always promptly provided.
