Description

Casa Siete Palmas in Sayulita is located in the desirable north beach area, in a neighborhood of beautiful homes. The property is built with traditional Mexican architectural design, including palapas and hand-painted Talavera tiles. It is attractively decorated with Mexican arts and crafts collected from all over Mexico. The access to the beach is an easy one minute stroll, and the town plaza is no more than a ten-minute walk away. We provide off-street parking but due to the convenient location, one does not need a car to get around.

Casa Siete Palmas the upper unit, is a traditional bungalow nestled in lush tropical gardens just steps away from the pool. The house features an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed, custom primavera wood built-in closet and a small desk. The house has a wonderful living room/kitchen area that opens on to a covered patio that is perfect for dining and overlooks the pool. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with Mexican dishes and glassware, coffee maker, blender, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and bottled water. The Talavera tiled bathroom opens out into a private outside shower surrounded by tropical plants.

The house is a perfect multi-house combination when rented together with the lower unit Casita La Palmita

The Villa Palmas Reales estate is ideal for large groups, and can be rented in any combination of 1-6 bedrooms, for groups of up to 12 adults.

Nice complex, great pool,15 min walk to the town square
We just stayed at Siete Palmas and La Palmita for the Christmas and New Year holiday. The facility is lovely, We would stay there again if we were ever to back to Sayulita. Having both places worked out great for our family.
The only draw backs were minor, in 2 weeks Silvia the cleaning person only came once, the “book” for the house is out of date. It tells you to ask Silvia for more drinking water, there was no way of getting a hold of her. The internet was spotty, we were told it was just the time of year as the area was full of guests. When she did come on the day before we left she said call Jorge. you can buy water to drink in town, so that was not a real problem. In the 2 weeks we never saw Jorge the caretaker. The first day another fellow cam by to check the lights and we told him the safe did not work so they got us a new safe the next day. As for the lights a great many are not working so bring a flash light to see when you out for dinner.
There were not any sheets and only 1blanket for the beds in the living room, so ask for them when you arrive. If you plan on using the sofa beds. We only needed them 1 day when someone got sick.
The house is on central time, the book says it’s on mountain time,
The house is situated surrounded by a few others, as it being the holidays it was noisy, but not unruly.
You might bring some matches as the stove will only light with matches or lighter. (We bought 2 lighters and left them)
It was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed our stay there very much, highly recommend this house

All good except there were to many dangerous stairs
We loved the Casa and the location. WE have been coming to Sayulita for the past 8 years and this year we stayed in Siete Palmas for the first 2 weeks of our stay. The staff are great, there to greet you, pack luggage and groceries up all of the many many steps. We did not mind the steps just that they were rough stones kind of jagged. Also, many lights were burn't out so did not have a very good view of steps at night. The maid Sylvia even washed a few of my clothing items so nice of her! The grounds were kept up daily and they needed it as the iguana's were always around dropping leaves everywhere. One even fell into the pool when they were fighting. We did have great sleeps here could hear the ocean. The beach was close and with this being on the North end it was clean! We found the kitchen small (no counter space) but it had lot's of dishes and supplies available. Loved how quiet it was during our stay!

Very nice setting; clean, close to the beach, and a short (10 min) walk to town
We had a wonderful stay at Siete Palmas. The pool area is very nice. The kitchen appliances are a bit run down but worked fine. Liked the good firm bed. The outdoor shower in the bathroom was unique and refreshing. The property manager and support staff were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Can't wait to return
We had an amazing 10 days at Casa Siete Palmas and I would definitely return! The Casa is in a great location on the quiet north side of town and only a block from the ocean. It's a little bit of a trek into town, 10 minutes walk, but that's not a bad thing. It's always interesting to walk through the neighborhoods and meet the locals. Great views from the open palapa made for wonderful evenings after a day at the beach watching the sun set with margaritas. The iguanas in the tree above made for very entertaining mornings watching them forage for fruits and leaves. And there was some great bird watching as well! A very nice slice of real Mexico!

Great location, easily walkable to town in 10 minutes or less
We loved Casa Siete Palmas! Great location with easy access to the beach, far enough from the town center for some peace and calm, but easy enough to access anything you would want. The house is on lovely grounds, and is very private. We enjoyed the covered patio and the living room that opened on to the patio for extended dining space. The bathroom had great character with a shower that opened to the outside air. Lots of charm and character. We would definitely return.

Just What We Needed
Don't be intimidated by the "distance" from town. It is a very short and very pleasant stroll, and there are a handful of places with delicious food along the way.

The property is absolutely beautiful and spacious for two people. You can hear the ocean and the iguanas playing in the trees. It was nice to use air conditioning to block out the sounds on a night when we needed to sleep soundly, but otherwise the ceiling fan kept the fresh air flowing. We like to cook and found that there was plenty to work with in the kitchen. It was almost hard to pull ourselves away from the pool, but the good beach chairs, large beach umbrellas, and extra towels came in handy when we did.

We appreciated the helpful information that was emailed to us after making the reservation, including the contact info for Ramon Diaz who picked us up at the airport. Jorge stopped by to see how everything was going, which was very nice. We felt taken care of and knew how to get in touch if we needed help.
